dc.description In this thesis, which has now become an indispensable need for short-distance wireless communication systems for use in the ISM band power amplifier (PA) circuit design and application was made. ISM band for low power wireless receiver - transmitter PA which is able to work on systems is designed, implemented and then the application circuit of the detector and the feedback circuit by adding the automatic gain control (AGC) was transformed into the power amplifier. Elements of the module, the power amplifier (PA), pi impedance matching and directional coupler is designed and implemented for the 2.45 GHz frequency band. FETs used for power amplifier circuit, IC detector and the selection of comparators are used in the feedback circuit, low power consumption were taken into consideration. In the analysis and evaluation of microstrip structures and in the circuit design with active elements, .The Microwave Office. package programme was used. FSH6 Rohde & Schwarz apectrum analyzer, 2.4 GHz microwave transmitters and microwave test equipment, measurement results obtained using the AGC-controlled power amplifier circuit, constant output power is obtained despite varying input power, the working point is kept constant, the output current is fixed and the observed reductions in earnings. The purpose of the thesis which is also low power and current consumption of the models used in nonlinear circuit simulation and was implemented. The AGC-controlled power amplifier circuit application made at a frequency of 2.45 GHz, low-power wireless communication systems needed for a short distant page meets the requirements.
