Dünya ticaretinde önemli bir yere sahip olan ve Türkiye’nin lokomotif sektörü olarak bilinen tekstil ve hazır giyim sektörü insanlar yaşadıkları sürece giyinmeyi bırakamayacaklarından endüstride ölmeyecek bir sektördür. Krizlerden çabuk etkilenen hazır giyim sektörü için verimlilik, maliyet ve kalite, sektör var olduğundan beri üretime dayalı olup; üretim yöntemleri gün geçtikçe daha da önem kazanmaktadır.Teknolojinin hayatın her alanına girmesi ile konfeksiyonda teknoloji kullanımı kaçınılmaz olmuş; her aşamada CAD/CAM sistemleri işletmelere avantaj sağlamıştır. Bu çalışmada konfeksiyon işlemlerinin CAD/CAM sistemleri ile üretimi incelenmiş; süre ve maliyet açısından işletmelere kazandırdığı avantajlar araştırılmıştır.Bu çalışmada, Denizli konfeksiyon işletmelerinde CAD/CAM sistemleri kullanımı ve avantajları anket çalışması yoluyla araştırılmış; Denizli ihracat verileri ile Türkiye ekonomisine katkısı ortaya konmuştur. The textile and ready made sector has owned very important field in the world trade and known as locomotive sector in Turkey never dies in industry due to the fact that human don’t give up to wear clothes. The productivity, cost and the quality is based on the production in ready made sector that affected from the crysis so easily; the manufacturing methods acquire more significance day by day.Utilization the technology in confection becomes indispensable within the technology cames into human life in every area; CAD/CAM systems has supplied a lot of advantages to the factories. In this study, the processes of the confection manufacturing by using CAD/CAM systems has been investigated and the advantages in point of time and finance for the factories has been researched.In this study, the usage of CAD/CAM systems on confection factories in Denizli has been researched by the questionnaire, the contributions of CAD/CAM systems for Turkey economy has been exposed with the aid of Denizli export datas.
