Bu tez çalışmasında işletmede çalışan Ekskavatörler, Yükleyiciler ve Kaya Kamyonları gibi üç iş makine grubunun performans etüdleri, bakım-onarım giderleri ve kapasite kullanım oranları hesaplanmıştır. Bu kapsamda bu üç iş makinesi grubunun 2014 ve 2015 yılları için saatlik, aylık ve yıllık bazda çalışma saatleri tutulmuştur. Aynı şekilde aynı zaman dilimi için bakım-onarım giderleri tek tek belirlenerek her bir iş makinesinin saat başı giderleri hesaplanmıştır. Bakım-onarım giderleri, planlı, plansız ve önleyici bakım olarak ayrı ayrı hesaplanarak bu üç bakım türünün toplam bakım içindeki oranları hesaplanmıştır. Önleyici bakım giderlerinin düşük, plansız bakım giderlerinin ise çok daha yüksek olduğu ve dolayısıyla bu değerlerin yüksek olduğu iş makinelerinde kapasite kullanım oranlarının düşük olduğu, dolayısıyla da saat başı giderlerinin de yüksek olduğu belirlenmiştir. Sonuç olarak; işletmede çalışan bu üç iş makine grubu içinde her bir iş makinesinin çalışma performansları ve maliyetleri tek tek çıkarılmış ve işletmede maliyeti yüksek olan iş makinelerinin verimliliğinin arttırılması veya işletmenin genel üretim maliyetlerinin düşürülmesi için önerilerde bulunulmuştur. In this study, three surveys of business performance machine group maintenance costs and capacity utilization rates as business working Excavators Loaders and Dump Trucks are calculated. In this context, the work of three groups of machine hours for 2014 and 2015 has been working hours on a monthly and annual basis. In the same way at the same time for every hour of each business machine repair and maintenance expenses are calculated by determining the individual costs. Maintenance and repair expenses, planned maintenance ratio of the total of these three types of calculated and unplanned maintenance and preventive maintenance are calculated separately. Preventive maintenance costs low while unplanned maintenance is much higher and therefore the value of the low capacity utilization rate was high that the business machine , so it was higher at the expense per hour. As a result; the company that runs some suggestions were made for reducing the operating performance of each business machine within three working groups of machines and cost removed individually and increasing the efficiency of the high cost that the business machine company or overhead costs of the business.
