Bu tez çalışmasında fasulye üretim alanlarında önemli verim ve kalite kaybına neden olan Bean common mosaic virus (BCMV) ve Bean common mosaic necrosis virus (BCMNV)'un Türkiye'deki fasulye yetiştiriciliğinde önemli bir paya sahip olan Burdur ilinde varlığı araştırılmıştır. Öncelikli olarak bu bölgedeki fasulye üretim alanlarına sürveyler yapılarak virüs enfeksiyonu simptomu sergileyen fasulye yaprak örnekleri ve üreticilerden fasulye tohum örnekleri alınmıştır. Toplanan fasulye yaprak ve tohum örneklerinde BCMV ve BCMNV virüslerinin varlığı biyolojik, serolojik ve moleküler yöntemlerle araştırılmıştır. Çalışmanın sonucunda, hem tohum ve hem de yaprak örneklerinde BCMV ve BCMNV enfeksiyonları saptanmıştır. |

In this study, the presence of Bean common mosaic virus (BCMV) and Bean common mosaic necrosis virus (BCMNV), causing significant yield and quality losses in bean production areas, were investigated in Burdur province which has a significant share in bean production in Turkey. Leaf samples were collected from bean plants showing virus-like symptoms and seed samples were taken from bean producers during surveys conductedin bean growing areas. BCMV and BCMNV have been investigated by biological, serological and molecular methods in leaf and seed samples. Results of the studies BCMV and BCMNV infection were determined both in the leaves and seeds samples in this region. |
