Bu tez çalışmasında elmas tel kesim yöntemiyle üretim yapan bir mermer ocağında 2 farklı telin performans analizleri yapılmıştır. Bu çalışma için Isparta ili Eğirdir ilçesinde bulunan bir mermer ocağı seçilmiştir. Mermer sahasında sektörel olarak en çok kullanılan 2 farklı firmaya ait elmas teller kullanılmıştır. Bu çalışma kapsamında kullanılacak tel, kesme makinasının yerleşim parametreleri (aynaya olan uzaklık, açısal konum, elmas tel uzunlukları, kesme açıları) değiştirilmek suretiyle tel kullanım ömürleri, kesme süreleri, boncuk çapındaki değişim ve enerji tüketim değerleri ölçülmüştür. Elde edilen bulgular istatiksel olarak incelenmiştir. 2 telin performans analizleri ve çalışma koşullarının bu performanslar üzerindeki etkileri irdelenmeye çalışılmıştır. In this study, it is aimed to determine the optimum operating parameters in a marble quarry with the examples of producing the diamond wire cutting method. For this study, a marble quarry was selected in Eğirdir, Isparta. The most widely used two different company's diamond wire is used in the field of marble industry. The layout parameters of cutting machine (the distance from the mirror, angular position, diamond wire length, cutting angles) the life time of the wire by changing, the cutting time, the changing in bead diameter and energy consumption were measured. The findings are examined as statistically. The performance analysis of two wires and the effects of work conditions on these performances are tried to examine.
