Bu tez kapsamında, Bozkurt (Denizli) - Dinar (Afyon) istasyonları arası (KM: 302+240.000 - 376+600.000arası) demiryolu hattının zemin profilinin çıkartılması, iyileştirme gereken kesimlerin analizler yaparak önlemlerin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Köprü, menfezler, alt ve üst geçitlerin inşaa edileceği yerlerde zemin profilinin ve bu profillerde yer alan zemin ve kaya birimlerinin cinslerinin, kalınlıklarının, tabaka konumlarının yeraltı su seviyesinin ve mühendislik özelliklerinin belirlenerek dizayn prametrelerinin tespit edilmiştir. Bu amaçla;arazinin araştırma öncesinde yapılan literatür çalışmasıyla jeolojik ve jeoteknik bilgiler bir bütün halinde ele alınarak projenin içeriğinin genişletilmesi sağlanmıştır. Sondajların lokasyon ve derinlikleri ile sondaj sırasında yapılacak arazi deneyleri tespit edilmiştir. Güzargahta 18 adet, toplam 232 m derinliğinde sondajlar yapılmıştır. Zemin ve kaya numuneleri üzerinde laboratuvar deneyleri yapılarak sonuçlar değerlendirilmiştir. Bu sonuçların değerlendirilmesi ışığında sondajlarda elde edilen zeminler sınıflandırılarak demiryolu yapılarının dizaynında kullanılacak zemin parametreleri belirlenmiştir. The aim of the soil investigation around the Bozkurt-Dinar railway line between stations KM: 302+240.000-376+600.000 is to explore the soil profile used in the railway line , to determine the sections that need improvement and identification of measures by performing analyses, to determine the soil profile and types, thickness, layer positions, underground water level and engineering characteristics of the soil and rock units in these profiles and consequently determine the design parameters in the structure by revealing the underground structure where bridges, culverts and the upper and lover gates will be constructed. For this purpose, the following studies were performed. With the literature resarch carried out prior to the operation, all surface and underground geological information obtained durind the regional studies as well as geological and geotechnical studies were taken as a whole, and expansions of the content of the project was achieved. Location and depth of field tests performed during drilling and drilling and soil sampling procedures were identified. Along the site 18 boreholes with a total depth of 232 meterswere drilled. The results of laboratory tests on soil and rock samples were evaluated. Soils were classified and the soil parameters idendified for used in the design of railway structures.
