Bu çalışmada jüvenil gökkuşağı alabalıklarının yemlerine Origanum onites ekstraktının farklı dozları eklenerek balıkların büyüme, bağırsak ve deri histolojisi, bağırsak mikroflorası üzerine etkisi incelenmiştir. Bu amaçla, deneme yemlerine kekik ekstraktından 2 farklı konsantrasyonu (0.25 ve 0.50 ml/kg) ilave edilmiştir. Balıklar 8 hafta boyunca (su sıcaklığı; 8ºC) beslenmiştir. Ortalama 40 gr. ile başlanılan ve 72 gün süren deneme sonunda balıklarda final ağırlık ve canlı ağırlık artışı değeri sırasıyla 77.50±0.70 g ve 38.00±1.41 g olarak en iyi 0.25 ml/kg grubunda tespit edilirken, gruplar arası fark istatistiksel olarak önemli bulunmuştur (p<0.05). Aynı şekilde spesifik büyüme oranında ise kontrol grubuna göre diğer gruplarda önemli bir fark elde edilmiştir (p<0.05). Yem dönüşüm oranı ve yaşama oranı değerlerinde ise gruplar arasında istatistiksel bir fark görülmemiştir (p>0.05). Balıklarda bağırsaktaki psikrofilik aerobik, enterobactericeae, mezofilik aerobik, pseudomonas ve laktik asit bakterileri incelenmiştir. 0.25 ve 0.50 ml/kg gruplarının kontrol grubuyla arasında önemli fark bulunmamıştır (p>0.05). Deneme gruplarında, gökkuşağı alabalığı derisinden alınan örneklerde histolojik inceleme yapılmış ve bu inceleme sonucunda 0.50 ml/kg ve 0.25 ml/kg ekstrakt ilaveli gruplarda goblet hücre sayısının kontrol grubunda fazla olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır (p<0.05). Origanum onites ekstraktı ilaveli yem ile beslenen gökkuşağı alabalıklarının bağırsak histolojisi incelenmiş ve inceleme sonucunda villus boyu ve eni değerleri ölçülmüştür. Bu değerlerde 0.25 ml/kg ve 0.50 ml/kg kekik ekstakt ilaveli yemle beslenen balıklara ait grupların kontrol grubundan daha iyi sonuç verdiği tespit edilmiştir (p<0.05). In this study, investigated on the growth, intestinal and skin histology, and examination of intestinal microflora by different dose of the Origanum onites extract was added to the feed of the juvenile rainbow trout. For this purpose, plant extract test feed has been added to 2 different concentration (0.25 and 0.50 ml/kg) and fish have been fed for 8 weeks (water temperature; 8 ºC). At the begining average of 40.0 g in the experiment during the 72 days obtained the final weight value and live weight gain increase were determined in the best group 0.25 ml/kg group, respectively 77.50±0.70g and 38.00±1.41g. (p<0.05) and there is statistically significant difference between the control group and 0.50 ml/kg group as well. A significant difference was achieved in other groups according to the control group at the specific growth rate (p<0.05). Whereas there was no statistical difference together all trial groups about the feed conversion rate and survival rate (p>0.05). In the fish investigated by the bacteria as psicrophilic aerobic, enterobacteraceae, mesophic aerobic, Pseudomonas and lactic acid in the intestine. There is no significant difference all the experiment groups (p>0.05). In the same way histological examination was performed on samples taken from the rainbow trout skin in experimental groups. This review concluded that the number of goblet cells in groups with 0.50 ml/kg and 0.25 ml/kg extrakt supplement is more than the number of goblet cells in the control group (p<0.05). According to the intestinal histology examination of experimental groups, they have been found to have a better result groups of 0.25 ml/kg and 0.50 ml/kg than the control group by villus lenght and width values (p<0.05).
