Türkiye’de bulunan binaların büyük bir kısmı deprem kuşağı üzerinde çok katlı betonarme binalardan oluşmaktadır. Bu nedenle olası bir depremde hasar, mal ve can kaybını en aza indirmek gerekir. Çok katlı betonarme binalarda genellikle yapıyı bölümlere ayırmak için dolgu duvarlar kullanılmaktadır. Fakat dolgu duvarlar bina davranışını olumlu yada olumsuz olarak etkilemektedir. Dolayısıyla binada oluşabilecek gerçek davranışın hesaplara yansıtılabilmesi için yapısal modellemelere dolgu duvarların dahil edilmesi gerekmektedir. Bu çalışmada, Deprem Yönetmeliğinin son bölümünde belirtilen esaslar çerçevesinde dolgu duvar mekanik özelliklerinin bina performansına etkisi incelenmiştir. A large portion of the buildings located in Turkey is under seismic risk. For this reason, it is necessary to minimize the damage, the financial loss and civil casualties in a possible earthquake. In multi-storey reinforced concrete buildings, infill walls are usually used to separate the building sections. However, it is known that infill walls affect building seismic behavior. Therefore, in order to reflect the actual behavior that may occur in the building, infill walls should be included in structural modeling. In this study, the mechanical properties of infill on the building performance was examined within the framework of the principles stated in the last section of the Earthquake Regulations.
