Ekonomik ve sosyal bakımdan gelişme içerisinde olan her toplumda sanayileşme bir amaç olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Bu açıdan bakıldığı zaman, sanayileşme bir anlamda işletmelerin üretim tarzlarını ve çalışma ilişkilerini etkilemenin ötesinde sosyal tüm süreçleri etkilemektedir. Özellikle sanayileşme dalgasıyla birlikte küçük işletmelerin büyük işletmeler karsısında kaybolacağı ileri sürülmekteydi. Ancak bugün sanayi işletmelerin dağılımlarına göz atılacak olursa küçük işletmelerin hala sosyal yapı içerisinde önemli bir yere sahip oldukları açıkça görülecektir. Bu açıdan, Isparta küçük sanayi işletmelerinin ve işletme sahiplerinin sosyolojik özelliklerinin tespit edilmesi bu tezin esas amacını oluşturmaktadır. Isparta küçük sanayisine mensup işletmelerinin sosyolojik özellikleri, Temmuz-Ağustos 1997 tarihleri arasında 136 işyerinde yüz yüze yapılan mülakatlarla tespit edilmiştir. |

Industrialisation is a goal for every society which is in economical and sociological development. In this view industrialisation not only have effected the production style and working relations, also effected all sociological structure. Especially, with the rapid grown of the industrialisation it has been put forward that the small industry have been vanished against the great industry. But today, if we take a glance at the distribution of the industrial enterprises, we saw that the small industry has a great portion in sociological structure . In this view, the main goal of this study is determine the sociological aspects of the small enterprises and their owners in Isparta. The sociological aspects of the small enterprises in Isparta, has been determined by the interview in 136 enterprises between July 1997 August 1997. |
