dc.description At the beginning, in the world, while there were less population and more of resources and by time changing of this situation respectively through much population and less of resources forced people to think and act much more rational. These circumstances led to efficiency. Shorter production times and more qualified production has becoming an international race nowadays leading to increase in the importance of efficiency. A closer look at the topic of efficiency shows its dependency on culture. Through their cultures people gain adequate behaviors, "do"s and "don't"s in different affairs. Through efficiency culture and consciousness they intend to use the resource more rational. So, the adoption of efficiency culture turns into a life philosophy. Corporate increasing their competitiveness by efficiency have to develop their efficiency culture in order to increase their competitiveness further. Reasons arising due to technology, management, finance and human resources can be stated as macro, and reasons arising due to lack of communication, lack of motivation, lack of responsibility sub-ordering, can be stated as micro reasons undermining the formation of efficiency culture. In order to develop the efficiency culture strategic measures have to be determined and applied preventing these factors. In companies corporate culture improving technology, authorization sharing supported by attending managerial culture have to be implemented. Employees should be appointed according to their skills and performance. There must be an opportunity to great, according to the performance through the working. In every department of the firms Total Quality Management has to be implemented. The main target by improving corporate efficiency culture is the human. People should be directed to suit changes and developments in order to stimulate competition among people. Firms adequate to global competition norms have to determine them and transform themselves coaxial to the efficiency.
