Bu tez çalışmasında, genel doğrusal programlama problemlerinin özel bir durumu olan atama modeli kullanılarak bir zaman planlaması yapılmıştır. Uygulama yeri olarak Dağ ve Komando Okulu seçilmiştir. Araştırma üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde; ulaştırma modelinin tanımı, uygulama alanları, genel bir ulaştırma modelinin matematiksel ifadesi ile çözüm tekniklerinden bahsedilmiştir. İkinci bölümde; atama modelini tanımı, kullanım alanları ve çözüm teknikleri anlatılmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde Dağ ve Komando Okulunda atama modeli ile örnek bir zaman planlaması uygulaması yapılmıştır. In this thesis, a timetabling study has been conducted by using the assignment programming method that is as a specific case of linear programming technique. The Mountaineering and Commando School has been selected for the case study. This research contains three chapters. In the first chapter; description, utilization, mathematical expression and the solution technique of the transportation model, have been given. In the second chapter; description, utilization, and the solution technique of the assignment programming, have been explained. In the third chapter; a timetabling solution using the assignment model in the Mountaineering and Commando school has been given.
