Bu çalışmada kültür ve onun insan yaşamındaki önemi konu edilmiştir. İlk beş bölümde kültür ve onu oluşturan öğeler anlatılmıştır. Bu bölümleri izleyen diğer beş bölümde değişim ve hareketlilik üzerinde durulmuştur. Son beş bölümde ise yurtdışında yaşayan vatandaşların göç sebepleri ve sorunları ele alınmıştır. Kendi kültürleri ve yaşadıkları ülkenin kültürleri ile uyumları incelenmek maksadı ile yapılan anket uygulaması ile çalışma sona erdirilmiştir. Kültür, insanın kendi tarihi içinde, tüm deneyimlerini ifade eden kollektif bir oluşumdur. İnsan fenomeni ile özdeşleşen bu kavramın, her coğrafyada, her toplumda farklılıklar gösterdiği bilinen bir gerçektir. Buna bağlı olarak biz de göç edip farklı kültür ortamlarına giren insanların yaşamlarındaki değişimleri araştırma ve inceleme konusu yaptık. Tabi bunu incelerken belli başlı ana kavramları da olabildiğince özlü bir biçimde ortaya koymaya çalıştık; kültür, değişme ve değişmenin farklı boyutları, modernizm, post-modernizm, sosyal hareketlilik, göç olgusu gibi... Anavatan dışında yaşayan vatandaşlarımızın durumlarını saptayabilmek için yukarıda vurguladığımız kavramları, çalışmamızın zemini yaptık. Aslında ortaya koymaya çalıştığımız ana tema, yurtdışında yaşamlarını sürdüren vatandaşlarımızın yabancı ülkelerdeki şartlara uyum sağlayıp sağlayamadığıdır. Bu çalışmaya yurtdışından vatani görevlerini yapmak üzere Burdur, 58nci Topçu Tugayı'na gelen vatandaşlarımızla yaptığımız anketi ekleyerek, daha somut verilere ulaşılmak hedeflenmiştir. Anketin daha rahat değerlendirilebilmesi için, önce sorular ve seçenekler verilmiştir. Daha sonra anket değerlendirmesi grafiksel ve demografik şekliyle sunulmuştur. Çalışmamız genel bir değerlendirme yapılarak sonuca bağlanmıştır. Sonuç olarak vatandaşlarımızın her ne kadar kalpleri bizle olsa da yaşamak zorunda oldukları ülkelerde mutlu oldukları ve uyum içinde yaşadıkları tespit edilmiştir. Yeni yetişen nesillerin kesin dönüş yapma ihtimalleri de her geçen gün azalmaktadır. |

Our aim in this study is culture and its importance on human's life. Culture and its elements are told in the first five chapters. Evoluation and movement are pointed out in the following 5 other chapters of them. In the last five chapters, we expressed the reasons of immigration and the problems of our citizens who live in a foreign country. Finally, the study is lasted with the research that measuring the cultural adaptation of these citizens. Culture is a collective structure of human being which mentions all experiences of its history. It is a known reality that this notion, embraces wıth the human phenomenon, differs in each region and each society. Thus, we made the changes of people lives that immigrated and joined the different cultural atmosphere as the topic of our research and study. Naturally, while we are studying that, we expressed the main notions as much pure as. For instance; culture, change, and the different dimensions of changing, modernism, post - modernism, social movement, the immigration reality etc... We based the notions, which are stressed above, for establishing the statements of our citizens living in a foreign country, on our study. Actually, the theme we would like to express is whether our citizens who continue living in outside of their motherland adapted the conditions of foreign countries or not. It is marked to reach more concrete data as attaching this research to the study which interviewed with our citizens who come to Burdur, the 58th Artillery Brigade for fulfilling the responsibility to their country. In order to evoluate the research easier, first, the questions and choices are given. Then, the results are presented as graphical and the population indicator shape. Our study is ended with a general comment. As a result, however our citizens' hearts beat with our hearts, it is established that they are adapted to countries which they have to live in. The possibility of returning to the country where they belong, of the new growing generations, is getting reduce day by day. |
