Aile ve ailenin korunması yalnızca aile içindeki bireylerin değil, tüm toplumun gereksinimlerinin karşılanması ve sağlıklı bir toplum yapısı için gereklidir. Şiddet, ilk olarak aile içinde öğrenilen ve gelecekte devam eden bir olgudur. Döngü olarak devam her türlü aile içi şiddet davranışı ailenin parçalanmasına , aile birliğinin bozulmasına neden olmasının yanında ailede yaşayan çocukların yaşamların da olumsuz etkilemekte ve böylelikle tüm toplum olumsuz bir sürecin içine girmektedir. Bu konu ile mücadelede politika yapımında ve uygulanmasında birçok kurum ve kuruluş etkendir. Hukuki alanda mahkemeler ailenin korunması ile ilgili uygulama yapan kurumlardır. Bu çalışma, Türkiye'de ailenin korunmasında ve aile içi şiddetin önlenmesine yönelik kamusal politikaların uygulamalarını, işleyişini, aksaklıklarını ve sonuçlarını adli hizmet alanı ve aileiçi şiddete maruz kalmış olan mağdur kadınların bakış açıları ile ele almaktadır. Çalışma dört bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde aile birliğinin korunması kavramsal ve kuramsal boyutları ile ele alınmış, aile biçimleri, işlevleri, önemi, aile politikalarının kavram ve içeriği, tarihsel arka planı, boşanma nedenleri ve aile içi şiddet konularından bahsedilmiştir. İkinci bölümde, Türkiye'de aile ve aile birliğinin korunmasına yönelik kamusal politikalar hukuki boyutları ile ele alınmış ve aile birliğinin korunmasında kamusal politika yapıcı ve uygulayıcılar incelenmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde aile birliğinin korunmasına yönelik uygulamaların değerlendirildiği bir araştırma mevcuttur. Dördüncü bölümde araştırmaya yönelik sonuç ve önerilere yer verilmiş ve ülkemizde aile içinde kadına yönelik şiddetin önlenmesine yönelik var olan çalışmalar ve politikalar irdelenmiş, yapılan araştırma sonuçları değerlendirilerek kadına yönelik şiddetin önlenmesine ilişkin çeşitli öneriler sunulmuştur. Families and individuals in the family, not only to protect the family, addressing the needs of all of society and the structure necessary for a healthy society. Violence, implemented first in the family are learned over time is continues. Therefore, children exposed to violence and can be both a practitioner of the future. By continuing this cycle behavior of all kinds of family violence, family disintegration, family unityhas resulted. In addition, the negative impact on the lives of all children living in families and thus society as a whole to enter into a process that causes the problem. In the fight against family violence, policy making, implementation factor in many organizations and agencies. Courts, legal field, for the protection of the family are institutions involved in implementation. In this study, the protection of Turkey, the family and domestic violence prevention practices in public policies, this focuses on the functioning and disruptions. The results of these policies in the judicial service and the victims of family violence with women's perspectives are addressed. The study consists of four parts. In the first section,the conceptual and theoretical aspects of the protection of family unity are considered. Family forms, the importance of the family, the concept of family policy, the causes of divorce and domestic violence issues are discussed. In the second section, the importance of the family, the concept of family policy, the causes of divorce and familyviolence issues are discussed. In the thirdpart of a study evaluating the applicationsare available for the protection of family unity. The fourth chapter, research resultsand recommendations are given.
