Son otuz yıldan beri yaşadığı sorunlar nedeni ile dünya gündeminden hiç düşmeyen Afganistan, özellikle 11 Eylül 2001'de New York ve Washington'a yönelik saldırılar ile bir kez daha dünya gündemine gelmeye başlamıştır. Bu bağlamda, Afganistan'da faaliyet gösteren siyasi unsurlara ilişkin farklı yorumlar ve analizler ile karşılaşmaktayız. Bu analizlerin farklılığının temel nedeni, Türkiye'de Afganistan'la ilgili çalışmaların oldukça sınırlı kalmasıdır. Özellikle de bu ülkedeki siyasi unsurlara ilişkin belli bir çalışmanın bulunmaması, bir eksiklik olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Türkiye'de Afganistan ile ilgili çalışmaların çoğu da Batı kaynaklarına dayanmaktadır. Batı kaynakları ise okuyucuları stratejileri gereği çoğu zaman kendi çıkarları doğrultusunda yönlendirmektedir. Dolayısı ile bu çalışmaların çoğu konuya ilgi duyanları olaylara batı perspektifinden bakmaya zorlamaktadır. Bu kapsamda, yüksek lisans tezi olarak ele aldığımız Afganistan'da Siyasi Partiler Tarihçesi konulu çalışmada, Afganistan kaynaklarından daha fazla yararlanmaya çalıştık. Bu arada Batı ve Rus kaynaklarını da göz ardı etmedik. Ayrıca, Afganistan siyasi tarihinde önemli rolleri olan kişilerin hatıralarına da başvurarak birinci el kaynaklardan yararlanmaya çalıştık. Bu doğrultuda, giriş dışında beş ana bölümden oluşan çalışmanın birinci bölümünü Afganistan hakkındaki genel bilgilere ayırdık. Bu bölümde, ülkenin coğrafi ve sosyal yapısını, etnik kimliğini ve kısaca tarihini anlattık. İkinci bölümde, Afganistan'da siyasal fikirlerin oluşum süreci hakkında bilgi vermeye çalıştık. Üçüncü bölümü, Afganistan?da ilk demokrasi tecrübesi ve siyasi oluşumlar konusuna ayırdık. Dördüncü bölümde de, Afganistan'da cumhuriyetin ilanından Sovyet işgaline kadar olan siyasi partiler hakkında bilgi vermeye çalıştık. Beşinci bölümde ise Sovyet işgalinden bugüne kadar gelen süreçte siyasi partileri ele aldık. |

Afghanistan which are not deducted from the world agenda because of its own troubles since the last thirty years, especially it began to come to the world agenda once again for 11 September 2001 attacks in New York and Washington. In this context, the different interpretations and analysis , are related to showing activity of the political elements in, are compared. The main reason for the diversity of this analysis, the work in Turkey is quite limited, related to.Especially regarding certain political elements of a work does not exist in this country, appeared as the deficiency.Most of the works in Turkey are related to Afghanistan based on the sources of the west.Most of the times, the sources of west direct reader their self-interest.Most of these studies with who are interested in subjects, forced to look at events from the perspective of the west. In this context, we take the study as thesis "The Political Parties History on Afghanistan ",we tried to make better use of the resources of afghanistan.Meantime, we did not ignore the west and Russian source.In addition, we tried to exploit the first-hand sources by applying for having the memories of people who have roles in the history of Afghanistan political. In this direction, consisting of in the five main parts external input portion of the study were allotted for general information about Afghanistan at the first part's of the study.In this section, we describe the country's geographical and social structure, ethnic identity, and briefly its history.In the second part, we tried to provide information about process of the formation of political ideas in Afghanistan.In the third section, the first democratic experience and political formations in Afghanistan to the topic have reserved.In the fourth section, we tried to provide informatin about the political parties until the declaration of the republic in Afghanistan to The Soviet invasion .In the fifth section, so far from the Soviet occupation in the process of political parties have discussed. |
