İşletmeler kaynaklarını verimli bir şekilde kullanarak gelirlerini arttırmak amacıyla üretimlerini belirli bir plan ve program çerçevesinde gerçekleştirmektedirler. Üretim planlaması sorunlarının çözümünde kullanılacak en etkili yöntemlerden birisi doğrusal programlama tekniğidir. Bugün modern işletmecilik konusunda daima doğrusal programlamadan söz edilmektedir. Kuşkusuz zamanın en basit, fakat en etkili değerlendirilmesi, zaman para bağlantısı kurularak elde edilebilmesidir. Zamandan en çok yarar sağlamayı benimsemek ve dolayısıyla en elverişli çözümü araştırmak önemlidir. Bu çalışmada; üretim planlama ve doğrusal programlama hakkında genel bilgiler verilmiştir. Verilen bilgilerin işletme üzerinde uygulamasına yer verilmektedir. Yapılan çalışmada fabrikanın verileri talep tahminleri doğrultusunda kullanılarak karı maksimum yapacak ürünlerin yıllık üretim planını verecek doğrusal programlama modeli oluşturulmaktadır. Problemin çözümünde WinQSB paket programı kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın sonunda ise ortaya çıkan sonuçlar incelenip bazı önerilerde bulunulmaktadır. Businesses, aiming at increasing their income by using their sources efficently, carry out production in the framework of a certain plan and program. One of the most efficient methods to be used in solving production planning problem is linear programming technique. In our age, at the issue of modern business management, linear programming is constantly mentioned. There is no doubt that the easiest, but the most effetive, usage of time can be achieved by setting time-money correlation. To adopt the idea of benefiting from the time at most and so looking for the most suitable solution is significant. In this study, general information about production planning and linear programming is given. The implementation of given information on a business is also included. In the study, by using the factory data in the same line with demand forecasting, linear programming model, which will give annual production plan of the products which will maximise the profit, is composed. WinQSB Packet Program is used in solution of the problem. At the end of the study, the outcomes are examined and some suggestions are given.
