Bu tezin amacı, farklı statülerde çalışan öğretmenlerin öğretmenlik mesleğine ve kendi geleceklerine bakışının analiz edilmesidir. Çalışmamızın ilk bölümünde mesleğe ilişkin kavramalar ve mesleğin toplumsal konumunu açıklayan kuram ve yaklaşımlar verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde dünyada ve Türkiye.de öğretmenlik mesleği ele alınarak incelenmiştir. Bu bağlamda Türkiye.de öğretmenlik mesleğinin meslekleşme koşulları ve öğretmenlik mesleğinin özellikleri verilmiştir. Milli Eğitim şuralarında ve kalkınma planlarında öğretmen yetiştirme politikaları bu bölümde incelenmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde alan verilerinin analizi ve odak grup görüşmesi ile ilgili değerlendirmeler yapılmıştır. Son bölümde ise genel değerlendirmeler yapılmış olup, bu sürece ilişkin bazı yargılara ulaşılmıştır. Son olarak da önerilere yer verilmişidir. The objective of this thesis is to analyze the views of teachers who work at different positions about their job and their future. In the first part of this thesis; the concepts of the job, the theories of the job are given in the second part; the teaching profession in Turkey and in the world are studied, so the conditions of teaching profession and characteristics of teaching profession in Turkey given in this part. The teacher educating policies in the National Education Councils and in the third part; the analysis of the field datum.s and the evaluations by focus group meeting which is a quantitative datum analyzing technique are done. In the last part; general evaluation are done and some judgment related this process concluded. Keywords: Profession, Teaching, Position, Education, Income. |
