Dünya genelinde 1980'li yıllarda artarak devam eden küreselleşme ve finansal liberalizasyon süreci yaşanmaktadır. Günümüzde işletmeler hızla ticari, ekonomik, teknolojik ve ekolojik bir çevrede faaliyet göstermektedir. Bu değişken ortam bir dizi belirsizliği de beraberinde getirmektedir. Nitekim 20.yy'ın sonlarından itibaren hem gelişmiş ülkelerde hem de gelişen ülkelerde işletmeler, özellikle KOBİ'ler(Küçük ve Orta Ölçekli İşletmeler) ekonomik nitelikli krizlerle karşı karşıya kalmışlardır. Bu çalışma, 2008 yılında ABD Mortgage kredilerli ile patlak veren ve kısa bir sürede bütün dünyayı etkisi altına alan, finans sektöründen reel sektöre sıçrayan küresel krizin; ekonomik hayatın önemli aktörlerinden olan KOBİ'lere etkisini tespit etmeye yönelik olarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu amaçla, Isparta ilinde faaliyet gösteren 250 Küçük ve Orta Ölçekli İşletme rassal olarak seçilmiş ve yüzyüze anket yöntemi uygulanmıştır. In the entire world of globalization and financial liberalization in the 1980s have witnessed a continuing increase.Today.s rapidly chancing business,commercial, technological and ecological environment in an environment variable to a series of activities preseni brings uncertainty. 20 th century in developed countries, as well as in developing countries since the end of both business, especially Small and Medium Sized enterprises economic crises have had qualified.This study, which started in 2008 with U.S. mortgage loans and affecting the whole world in the short time, the financial sector, real sector of the global crisis leaping, important actors in the economic life of the small and medium sized enterprises was carried out as to detect the effect. To this end, 250 small and medium sized enterprises operating in the province of Isparta randomly selected and interviewed face to face questionnaire method. The data obtained were analyzed, the results are discussed and suggestions were made about the problems. Keywords: Globalization, 2008 Global Crisis, Economic Crisis, SME, Isparta. |
