Bu araştırmanın amacı kurumsal yönetim ilkelerinden şeffaflık ilkesinin etkinliğini ve etkenliğini devlet hastanelerindeki konumunu ölçmeye yöneliktir. Bu amaçla bir devlet hastanesi olan Isparta Gülkent Devlet Hastanesinin iç kontrol sisteminin yapısı incelenmiştir. Araştırmada gözlem yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Bu amaçla iç kontrol sisteminin etkinliğini ölçmek için 30 adet soru hazırlanmış ve bu sorulara Evet, Hayır, Kısmen şıkları verilmiştir. Tüm soruların cevapları bu bağlamda değerlendirilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler doğrultusunda elde edilen sonuç; Isparta Gülkent Devlet Hastanesindeki iç kontrol sisteminin etkin olmadığını söyleyebiliriz. Etkin olmayan bir iç kontrol sisteminde kurumsal yönetim ilkelerinden şeffaflık sağlamayacağından dolayı Gülkent Devlet Hastanesinde etkin bir kurumsal yönetimin olmadığını söyleyebiliriz. The purpose of this study is to measure efficiency and effectiveness o transparency principle which is one of the corporate management principles on state hospitals. For this purpose, structure of internal control system of Isparta Gülkent State Hospital which is a state hospital was studied. Observational method was used in the study. With this design, 30 survey questions were prepared in order to measure efficiency of internal control system and .Yes., .No. and .Partly. options were assigned to these questions. The answers of all questions were evaluated in this context. As the result from obtained data; it is considered that internal control system of Isparta Gülkent State Hospital is not effective. Because the internal control system is not effective transparency principle which is one of the corporate management principles can not be ensured; so it can be stated that there is not an effective corporate management in Gülkent State Hospital.
