Teknolojik gelişmenin yaşandığı işletmelerde; teknolojik gelişim işçiler açısından farklı anlamlar taşıdığı gibi işçilerin gelişime olan yaklaşımları da farklı olmaktadır. Bu araştırmanın temel amacı da örgütsel bir gelişme olarak teknolojik gelişmenin işçiler üzerinde ne tür etkileri olduğunu tespit etmek ve incelemektir. Bu amaç gerçekleştirmede de araştırmanın gerekli verileri burdur ili ve ilçelerindeki 15 adet mermer fabrikasından ve 360 işçiye uygulanarak elde edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda teknolojik gelişmenin işçiler üzerinde çeşitli şekillerde psikolojik, sosyolojik, ekonomik ve fiziksel etkiler yarattığı görülmüştür. Genel olarak örgütsel açıdan teknolojik gelişme işçileri psikolojik, sosyal, ekonomik ve fiziksel yönleri ile olumlu ve olumsuz şekillerde etkilemektedir. The technological development carries different implications for workers and also workers have different approaches to development in enterprises that are experiencing technological development. the main objectiveof this research is to identify and examinewhat kind of effects the technological development has on workers as an organizationaldevelopment. In order to achieve the purpose, the necessary datas of this research have been obtained by applying 360 workers andcarrying out 15 marble factories in burdur and in its districts. As a result of this research, the technological development has various forms of psychological, sociological, economic and physical effects on workers. In general, from the point of organizational view, the technological development affects the workers in positive and negative ways in psychological, social, economic and physical aspects.
