Bu çalışmada din ve ekonomi arasındaki ilişki ele alınmış ve bu bağlamda dini değerlerin insanların iktisadî davranışları üzerinde etkili olup olmadığı incelenmiştir. Bu çerçevede ilk olarak İslam öncesinde Arabistan’ın genel ekonomik durumu ana hatlarıyla resmedilmiştir. Sonrasında İslam’ın temel olarak kabul edilen kaynakları Kur’an, Hadis (ve Sünnet), İcma ve Kıyas ele alındıktan sonra İslam’ın getirdiği değişimin oluşturduğu farklı ekonomik yapıya ilişkin genel bir değerlendirme yapılmıştır. Bu yapının zekât emri ve faiz yasağına, bunun haricinde ahiret inancı ve infak anlayışına sahip bireylerin varlığına dayandığı tespit edilmiştir. Akabinde infak kurumunun oluşum süreci ele alınmıştır. Bu sürecin belirli bir gelişim seyri izlediği, infakın direkt olarak emredilmediği, önce belirli anlatımlarla infak anlayışının temellerinin oluşturulduğu ve belirli bir seviyeye gelindikten sonra infakın bir emir olarak verildiği görülmüştür. İslam’da infakın, milli geliri artıran ve gelirin daha dengeli dağılımını sağlayan bir müessese olarak ele alındığı tespit edilmiştir. Çalışmadan dini değerlerin iktisadi davranışlar üzerinde önemli ve belirleyici bir etkiye sahip olduğu sonucu ortaya çıkmıştır. In this study, the relationship between religion and economics is discussed and in this context, it is examined whether there is an effect of religious values on people’s economic behavior. In this context, the general economic situation of Pre-Islamic Arabia pictured. After that the Koran, the Hadith (and Sunnah), The Ijma’ (The consensus of the community) and The Qiyas (analogy) which are considered the main sources of Islam discussed and made a general assessment related the different economic structure formed by the change brought by Islam. It is determined that this structure is based on charity order and prohibitions of interest and at the same time the individuals that have an understanding of infak (give away) and hereafter. Then the formation process of institution of infak is discussed. It is observed that the infak was not ordered directly, this process followed a specific course of development. First of all, the foundations of the concept of infak created with some specific expressions, after a certain level, the infak was given as an order. It is determined that in Islam, infak is considered as an institution that increasing national income and providing more balanced distribution of income. As a result of the study, religious values have an important and decisive impact on economic behavior. Keywords: Religion, economy, human behavior, process, infak, interest. |
