Tanrı ve insan konuları bütün din ve düşünce sistemlerinde var olan ve insanların hayata bakış açılarına göre değişiklik arz eden iki temel konudur. Özellikle Tanrı konusu insanların hayatı üzerinde belirleyici ve yönlendirici bir rol oynamıştır. Sosyal ve kültürel hayatın şekillenmesinde ise insan ve insana bakış açısı 'İnsan nedir'? sorusuna verilen yanıta göre şekillenmiştir. Araştırmamızda düşünce tarihinde büyük öneme sahip olan bu iki konunun birbirleriye olan ilişkisini Mevlânâ'nın bakış açısına göre değerlendirmeye çalıştık. Mevlânâ'nın, Tanrı tasavvurunu ortaya koyarken akıldan çok keşf ve ilhama önem verdiği görülmüştür. O, Tanrı konusunu ele alırken aşk'ı yöntem olarak kullanmıştır. İnsana büyük bir önem veren ve her fırsatta onun yüce bir varlık olduğunu belirten Mevlânâ, bu konuda İslâmî geleneğe uymuştur. Gerektiğinde Kur'ân ve Sünnetten, gerektiğinde de felsefe ve devrinin diğer ilimlerinden yararlanan mütefekkir, mezkûr düşüncelerini insanın bütünlüğünü bozmadan, onu zedelemeden kendine özgü bakış açısıyla ortaya koymuştur. O, insanı akıl, nefs, ruh, kalp/gönül gibi unsurlarla ele almıştır. Tanrı-insan ilişkisine gelindiğinde ise Mevlânâ'nın Tanrı'nın her şeyi yaratan olduğu, âlem ve âlemdeki bütün varlıkların O'nun varlığıyla varlık kazandığı görüşünü benimsediği görülecektir. Yüce bir varlık olarak yaratılan insan, Tanrı'ya ne kadar yönelirse ve O'nu anlamaya çalışırsa O'na o kadar yakınlaşmış ve O'nun bilgisine sahip olmuş duruma gelecektir. God and the human are the two basic issues that exist in all religious and thought systems and change according to people’s point of view. Especially, the issue of God plays a decisive and router role on people’ lives. Social and cultural life are shaped with the answer given to the question “what is human?” and human and human’s point of view. In our research, we try to evaluate the relationship between these two subjects that have great importance in thought system according to Mawlana’s point of view.While Mawlana works on the vision of God, it is seen that he puts much importance to the discovery and inspiration rather than mind. When he addresses the issue of God, he uses Love as a method. Mawlana who gives great importance to human beings and glorifies them on every occasion, he adapts Islamic tradition for this issue. Mawlana prioduces his reflective and aforesaid thoughts with his own point of view sometimes by benefiting from Quran and circumcision and sometimes philosophy and other sciences of his age without harming people. He emphasize on human in terms of mind, desire, soul and heart. In the relationship between God and human, Mawlana believes that God creates everything and the universe and all beings in the universe appear with the presence of God. Humans are created as supreme beings and the more they approach to the God and try to understand Him, the more they are close to Him and have His knowledge.
