“İslam Hukuku ve Biyoetik (Sorumluluk ve Özerklik Ekseninde Biyoetik Tartışmalar)” adlı tez, günümüzde tartışılan biyoetik ikilemlere İslam hukukunun metodolojik yaklaşımını ortaya koymayı amaçlayan bir çalışmadır. Bu nedenle tez iki bölümde tasarlanmıştır. Birinci bölümde, biyoetiğin, tıbbi gelişmelerin ortaya çıkardığı ikilemlere ilke temelli yaklaşımı ve bu ilkelerden özerklik ilkesinin evrensellik boyutunun tartışılması. İkinci bölümde, İslam hukukunun, biyoetik ikilemlere metodolojik yaklaşımı ve bu yaklaşımda öne çıkan ikilemlerin sorumluluk merkezli değerlendirilmesi. Tez, teori ve pratiği bir araya getirmesi ve disiplinler arası karşılaştırmalı bir yöntem izlemesi yönü ile alanında yapılan önemli bir çalışma olarak kabul edilebilir. The thesis, named “İslamic Law and Bioethics (Bioethics Discussions in The Axis of Responsibility and Autonomy) is a study which aims to present the methodologicial approach of the İslamic law to the bioethics dilemmas discussied nowadays. For this reason, The thesis is designed in two parts. The first part includes the principle based approach of bioethics to the dilemmas pased by medical advances and the discussion of the terms of universality of-one of these principles-autonomy. İn the second part includes the methodogical approach of İslamic law to bioethics dilemmas and the responsibility centesed assesment of the dilemmas become preminent in this approach. This thesis can be accepted as an important study which is done in its field in the terms of putting together theory and practice and following a comparative method among the disciplines.
