İnsan, mal ve servete karşı her zaman bir meyil içerisinde olmuştur. Hıristiyanlık ve Budizm bu meyli yok sayarak ifrata, Yahudilik ve Zerdüştlük ise gaye haline getirerek tefrite kaçmışlardır. Kur’an ve hadislerde mal ve servet, ne mutlak olarak yerilmiş ne de amaç olarak gösterilmiştir. Mal ve servetin doğru kullanımı tavsiye edilmiş aksi bir durumda ise karşılaşılacak olumsuz durumlar nazara verilmiştir.Bu bağlamda son dinin ilk muhatapları olan sahâbenin mal ve servete yaklaşımları ana kaynağa yakınlıkları sebebiyle önem arz etmektedir. Bu çalışmada, mal ve servet edinenler, mal ve servete karşı olanlar, mal ve servete rağbet edenler olmak üzere sahâbenin konuya üç değişik açıdan bakışı incelenmiştir. Belirtilen görüş farklılıklarının psikolojik, sosyo-kültürel ve dinî alt yapıları üzerinde durulmuş, ayrıca mal ve servetle ilgili nassları diğer sahabîlerden farklı yorumlayan Ebû Zerr el-Ğıfârî’nin hayatına dair bilgiler aktarılmıştır. Sahâbenin mal ve servetle ilgili fikirleri doğrultusunda yazılan zühd eserleri ve günümüze yansımaları incelenmiştir. Anahtar Kelimeler: Mal ve Servet, Sahâbe, Ebû Zerr el-Ğıfârî, Kitabu’z-Zühd. |

Mankind has always been in inclamation for wealth. Christianty and Buddhism are in excess via ignoring this feeling; Judaism and Zoroastrianism are in negligence via considering it as the main goal of the life. It is being explained to use property in a corret way rather decrying in Qur’an and Hadiths. And also have warnings against potential troubles that may occur because of misusing the property in time.In this context, it is important the approach of the companions who are the first addresses of our religion about this topic therefore their proximity to the resources. The study is based on three different views of the companions; the first group the ones making money and property and sacrifice them in the way of the service of Qur’an and Islam, the second group against of it and who only Works for the amount that is enough to run the life and third group that puts more emphasis working, earning and protecting the property than the other two groups. It is analysed the psychological, socio-cultural and the religious reasons that causes the differences of the views. And some of the expriences of Abu Dharr al-Ghifari are related who commented the verses of Qur’an and Hadiths about property in a different way rather the other’s did. And also some books and studies inspired from the thoughts of the companions about the property and the wealth are examined in this study.
