Çocuk oyunları araştırmaları, folklor çalışmalarının önemli bir kısmını oluşturmaktadır. Isparta ve çevresinde 20.yy.ın başlarından günümüze kadar oynanan/oynanmış çocuk oyunları bu çalışmada bir araya getirilmiştir.Çalışmanın amacı; kuşaktan kuşağa aktarılan, kaybolmak üzere olan ve günümüzde oynanan/oynanmayan Isparta çocuk oyunlarını kayıt altına almak, halk bilimsel bir yaklaşımla incelemektir.Oyunların derlenmesinde görüşme, anket ve gözleme dayalı yöntemler kullanılmıştır. Isparta il merkezi ve ilçelerindeki ilköğretim okullarına, liselere gönderilen anket formlarının doldurulmasıyla elde edilen bilgiler doğrultusunda oyun metinleri oluşturulmuştur. Ayrıca sokak aralarında, okul bahçelerinde, oyun parklarında oynayan çocuklar gözlemlenmiş, elde edilen bulgular metinlerde yer almıştır. Özellikle geleneksel oyunlarla ilgili olarak değişik yaş gruplarından kişilerle görüşmeler yapılmıştır. Kaynak taraması yapılarak bazı oyun metinlerine ulaşılmıştır.Çalışmada, oyunların halk bilimsel incelemesi yapılmıştır. Oyun kavramı, çocukluk dönemi ve çocuk oyunları hakkında genel bilgiler verilmiş, çocuk oyunlarının çocuk gelişimine etkisi ele alınmıştır. Türkiye’de yapılan çocuk oyunları çalışmaları ve sınıflandırma çalışmaları özetlenmiş, yöre oyunları üzerine bugüne kadar yapılan çalışmalar değerlendirilmiştir. Ayrıca oyunlarla ilgili bir sınıflandırma da yapılmıştır.Yapılan derlemeler sonucunda 190 oyun tespit edilmiştir. Bu oyunlar; adlandırmalarına, oyuncu çeşidine, araçlarına, sahasına, zamanına, rollerine, rol dağıtımına, sözlü oyun formüllerine, kurallarına, hareketlerine, cezalarına ve ödüllerine göre incelenmiştir. Oyun metinleri oluşturulurken kaynak şahısların verdiği bilgiler, yazılı kaynaklar, görüşme ve oyun gözlem sonuçları birlikte değerlendirilmiş, aynı oyunlardaki farklılıklar çeşitleme olarak ele alınmıştır.Metinlerde bazı geleneksel oyuncakların tanıtımı da yer almaktadır. Children's games research constitutes an important part of folklore studies. In this study, children’s games that were played or have been being played since the early 20th century were put together in and around Isparta.The aim of the study is to examine and record played or not played children’s games that passed down from generation to generation, which are about to disappear in a folkloristic approach.Interviews, surveys and observational methods were used in compiling the games. The game texts were created in accordance with the information obtained from the completed questionnaires that were sent to the primary schools and high schools in Isparta and its districts. Furthermore, the children playing among streets, in the school gardens and in the playground were observed and the findings have taken part in the texts. Especially, people of different age groups were interviewed about the traditional games. By source scan, few written, untidy game texts were added at the end of the study. In this study, folkloristic study of children’s games was examined. General information was given about the concept of the game, childhood and children’s games and discussed the effect of the children’s game on the children’s development. Children’s games work and classification were summarized and the studies done so far about local games were evaluated. In addition to this there has been a classification with the games.As a result of these compilations 190 games were identified. These games were examined according to their names (callings), types of players, tools, areas, times, roles, the distribution of roles, verbal formulas of the games, rules, movements, rewards and punishments. Creating game texts, the information given by the (source) people was evaluated with the literature, interviews and the results of the game observation and the differences in the same games were accepted as diversity.In texts, there are also the descriptions of traditional toys.
