Bu çalışmanın amacı, felsefe dersi öğretim programını öğretmen görüşlerine göre değerlendirmektir. Çalışmada betimsel araştırma modeli kullanılmıştır.Araştırmada, Isparta ilinde 2013-2014 öğretim yılında resmi ve özel ortaöğretim kurumlarında görev yapan felsefe öğretmenleriyle görüşme yapılarak, öğretmenlere programın öğelerine yönelik hazırlanan anketler uygulanmıştır. Görüşmelerde elde edilen verilerin değerlendirilmesinde yüzde oranlarından, anketlerin çözümlenmesinde ise SPSS programından yararlanılmıştır. Cumhuriyetten önce sultanilerdeki ders çizelgelerine, cumhuriyet döneminde liselerde yer alan ders çizelgelerindeki değişikliklere, felsefe dersinin yıllara göre toplam ders saati içerisindeki oranına değinilmiştir. Cumhuriyetten günümüze kadar değiştirilen felsefe dersi öğretim programları da açıklanmıştır.Bu araştırmada Isparta ilinde ortaöğretim kurumlarındaki altmış sekiz felsefe öğretmeninin tamamına ulaşılmıştır. Araştırmaya katılan öğretmenlerin anketlere verdikleri cevaplar ile görüşme formlarından elde edilen sonuçlar değerlendirilmiştir. Felsefe öğretmenlerinin öğretim programı ile ilgili düşüncelerinde, kıdemlerine ve fakültelerine göre farklılık görülmüştür. Öğretmenlerin öğretim programının öğelerine yönelik hazırlanan anketlere verdikleri cevaplardan, düşüncelerinde görüş birliği içerisinde olmadıkları, kararsız kaldıkları tespit edilmiştir. Felsefe öğretmenlerinin mevcut felsefe dersi öğretim programının geliştirilmesine yönelik önerileri de belirlenmiştir. Anahtar Kelimeler; Felsefe, Öğretmen, Ortaöğretim, Program, Isparta. |

The aim of this study is evaluating philosophy curriculum according to the teacher' opinions. In this study, descriptive study model was used by the researcher.In this research, philosophy teachers working in public and private secondary education schools in the province of Isparta for the academic year 2013-2014 were interviewed with and the questionnaires prepared according to the characteristics of the program were applied to this philosophy teachers. Percentage rates were used in the evaluation of the data obtained in interviews and the SPSS program was used in the analyzing of the questionnaires . The course schedules of high schools named “Sultani” before the republican period were referred, and course schedule changes made in the Republican reriod in high schools and the total number of hours of lessons of philosophy courses according to years were referred as well. Also the changes made in the philosophy curriculum since the beginning of the Republican era to the present day were declared in this study.In this research all the sixty eight philosophy teachers working in the secondary education institutions in the province of Isparta have been reached. The responses to the questionnaires of the teachers who participated in the survey were evaulated with the results obtained from interview forms. Philosophy teachers' ideas about the curriculum have been varied according to seniority and faculty. By the answers from the teachers on the surveys prepared for the elements of the curriculum, It was determined that there was no consensus on teachers' ideas as well as they are on unstable level. Also the philosophy teachers' proposal for the development of the current philosophy curriculum have been determined in this study.
