Yabancılaşma; yalnızca ekonomi, toplumsal ve siyasal ilişkilerdeki bir bozulmanın ürünü ya da sonucu olmayıp, bütün ilişkilerindeki bozuklukların ve aksamaların sonucunda ortaya çıkan insanın kendi özüne, benliğine uygun olmayan biçimde yaşamak zorunda kalması durumudur. Yabancılaşma günümüzde birçok şekilde karşımıza çıkabilmektedir. İnsanın üretimi sonucunda ortaya çıkan ürüne yabancılaşması, çalıştığı ortama yabancılaşması veya düşmanca bir ilişki içinde bulunması yabancılaşma şekillerine örnek olarak verilebilir. Bu bağlamda çalışmada, Isparta ilinde faaliyette bulunan muhasebe meslek mensuplarının; mesleğe karşı yabancılaşma düzeylerini ve cinsiyete göre yabancılaşmanın farklılık gösterip göstermediğini belirlemek amacıyla bir araştırma yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda; Kadın meslek mensupları tarafından meslekte erkek olmanın bir avantaj olduğu düşünülmekle birlikte, genel değerlendirmede böyle düşünülmediği görülmektedir. Bu bağlamda meslekte kadın veya erkek olmanın mükellefler üzerinde herhangi bir etkisinin olmadığı görülmektedir. Yapılan analizler sonucunda meslek mensuplarının mesleğe karşı yabancılaşmalarının olmadığı sonucuna varılmıştır. Anahtar Kelimeler : Muhasebe, Yabancılaşma. |

The alienating is not only the product or the result of a deterioration in economics, social and political relations, but also the situation which the person have to live disagreeably to its self and egotizm appearing in the result of defect and failure in all relationships. The alienating may be appeared today in many ways. That person alienates the product occurring in the result of its production, that it alienates to its work environment or that it is in a hostile relation can be given as examples for the alienating forms. In this sense, in this study it has been done a research in order to determine the alienating levels against the profession of the member of accounting profession operating in the city of Isparta and whether or not the alienating shows the difference by sex. The findings of the study highlight that while women professionals consider the opposite sex has more advantage in career, the overall aspect is different. Hence, the gender of the professional does not influence the clients. The results of the analyses show no evidence of alienation in accounting profession. Keywords : Accounting, Alienation. |
