Toplumsal, ekonomik ve yasal değişmeler karşısında tepki gösteren paydaş gruplarının beklentilerinin sürekli tespit edilmesi ve bunların karşılanması oldukça güçtür. Ancak bu güçlüklere rağmen paydaş teorisi çerçevesinde ele alınan çalışmada birincil paydaşlardan olan hissedarların, işletmenin finansal stratejik kararları hakkındaki beklentilerinin tespitinin gerçekleştirilmesine çalışılmıştır. Çalışmanın evreni Isparta ilinde faaliyet gösteren çok ortaklı işletmeler olarak belirlenmiştir.Örneklem olarak ise, bu çok ortaklı işletmeleri temsil edebileceğine inanılan çok ortaklı işletme hissedarları seçilerek araştırmanın verileri elde edilmiştir.Çalışmada anket sonucunda elde edilen verilerin, çapraz tablolar, t testi, Mann Whitney U testi ve Kruskal Wallis testi ile hem kabul/red analizleri yapılmış hem de cinsiyet, yaş grubu ve eğitim düzeyinin sonuçları üzerinde durulmuş ve elde edilen sonuçlar yorumlanmıştır.Sonuç olarak, hissedarlar, finansal stratejik karar uygulamalarından firma değerini yükselten uygulamaları desteklemektedir. Hissedarlar, finansal stratejik karar uygulamalarında riskliliğe karşı olumsuz bir beklentiye sahiptirler. Finansal stratejik kararların alınmasındaki finansman stratejisi uygulamalarında hissedarlar, faizli işlemlere karşı olumsuz bir beklenti içindedirler. Hissedarlar, finansal stratejik kararlardan, kar dağıtım stratejisinin uygulanmasından çok, işletmenin karlılığına önem vermektedirler. işletme imajının arttırılması ve hissedarlara yönelik sosyal tesis yapımı, hissedarların işletmeye olan bağlılığının artmasında etkilidir. Hissedarlar, finansal stratejik kararlardan en fazla yatırım stratejisini önemsemekte ve yatırım yapılması gerekiyorsa farklı semtlerde ve aynı sektörde yatırım yapılmasını desteklemektedirler.Hissedarlar, finansal stratejik kararların alınmasında etkili olan yatırım stratejisine bağlı olarak mevcut işletme durumunun korunmasından yana bir beklentiye sahiptirler. It is quite difficult to determine and meeting the expectations of the shareholder groups reacting against social, economic and legal changes. Despite these difficulties, in the study it was discussed in context of shareholder theory, expectations of the shareholders who are the primary stakeholders, about the company's financial strategic decisions were tried to be determined. Multi-partner businesses in Isparta province were defined as the study population. As the sample, datas were obtained by selecting multipartner businesses‟ shareholders as it was believed they might represent multi-partner businesses.In study, the datas obtained from survey were analysed with both acceptence / rejection analyse and impacts of gender, age group and educational level on results were evaluated and interpreted via cross tables, t test, Mann Whitney U test and Kruskal Wallis test. As a result, shareholders support the applications of financial strategic decision that increases the value of the company. Shareholders have a negative expectation against the riskiness of applications financial strategic decisions. Funding strategy impelmentation of financial strategic decisions, shareholders have negative expectations against interest transactions. Shareholders give importance to profitability of the business rather than profit distribution strategy from financial strategic decisions.Improving business image and construction of social facility for the shareholders, is effective in increasing the commitment of shareholders to business. Shareholders value inverstment strategy from financial strategic decisions and if investment is necessary, they support the inverstment in different districts in the same sector. Shareholders have expectations in favor of the preservation of the current state of the business depending on investment strategies that are effective in making financial strategic decisions.
