Bu tez çalışmasında, AHP (Analitik Hiyerarşik Proses) ve PROMETHEE (Preference Ranking Organization Method for Encrichment Evaluations) ÇKKV (Çok Kriterli Karar Verme) metotları yardımıyla ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) sistem seçimi uygulaması yapılmıştır.Uşak ilinde faaliyet gösteren üç ayrı STK'nın üç farklı ERP programı kullandığı gözlemlenmiştir. ERP seçim aşamasında, STK'larda karar vermede yetkili kişilerle ve ERP danışmanlarıyla görüşülüp, hiyerarşideki kriterlerin ve alternatiflerin değerlendirilmeleri yapılmıştır.Uygulamada AHP yardımıyla belirlenen kriterlerin ağırlıklandırılması yapılmış, PROMETHEE I yöntemiyle alternatiflerin birbirleriyle kısmi sıralaması, PROMETHEE II yöntemiyle de tam sıralaması yapılarak belirlenen kriterler altında en uygun ERP sistem seçimi yapılmıştır. In this thesis study; ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system was chosen by using the methods of AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) and PROMETHEE (Preference Ranking Organization Method for Encrichment Evaluations) which belong to MCDM (Multi Criteria Decision Making) Methods.It was observed the in Uşak province 3 different NGO's are using 3 dfferent ERP systems. AT the choosing ERP process; First, interviews were done with decision makers and consultants in these NGO's. Next the criteria in hierarchy and the alternatives were evaluated.In this study the criteria obtained with AHP were weighted. The alternatives were partially listed with PROMETHEE I. and totally listed with PROMETHEE II. The optimum ERP system was chosen based on the decided criteria.
