Eşrefoğlu Rumî XV. yüzyılda Anadolu'da yaşamış, Kadiriliğin bir kolu olan Eşrefoğlu Tarikatının kurucusu olan önemli bir isimdir. Aynı şekilde 1448 yılında kaleme almış olduğu eser olan Müzekki'n-Nüfûs, Anadolu topraklarında telif edilmiş mühim bir eserdir. Eserde başlıca amacının iyi ahlakı öğretmek olduğunu kaydetmiştir. Bu esas üzerine telif ettiği bu eserini halkın anlayabileceği bir dille yazmış ve serdettiği görüşleri destekleyebilmek için pek çok rivayeti de kullanmıştır.Eşrefoğlu Rumî'nin, İslam ahlakını ve tasavvuf usul ve erkânını anlattığı eser, hem dilinin sadeliği hem de içinde barındırdığı rivayetler ve kıssalar, nedeniyle halkın teveccühünü kazanarak yüzyıllardır değerini kaybetmemiştir. Çalışmada bu mühim eserin önemine binaen, birinci bölümünün tahrîci ve değerlendirilmesi yapılmıştır.Çalışmanın; Giriş bölümünde araştırmanın konusu ve amacı, metodu ve kaynakları hakkında bilgiler verilmiştir.Birinci bölümde, Eşrefoğlu Rûmî'nin hayatı, eserleri (Dîvan, Tarikatnâme, Müzekki'n-Nüfûs) ve kullandığı metot hakkında bilgi verilmiştir.İkinci bölümde ise Müzekki'n-Nüfûs'un birinci bölümünde yer alan hadîs lerin tahrîci ve değerlendirilmesi yapılarak rivayetler hakkında kapsamlı bilgiler verilmiştir. Yine rivayetler Kur'an ve Sünnet'in temel prensipleri çerçevesinde yorumlanmaya çalışılmıştır.Sonuç kısmında ise kitapta yer alan rivayetlerin genel bir değerlendirmesi yapılarak Eşrefoğlu Rûmî'nin beslendiği kaynaklar tesbit edilmiştir. In the same way, which was penned in 1448 to Müzekkinnüfus in Anadolu was a momentous work is copyright. In the work, the main purpose is to teach good morals noted. On this basis that the copyright of this work is written in a language people can understand in order to support the vision revealed rumor was also used by many.Moral values of Islam and Sufism which describes the procedures and conduct work incorporates both the simplicity of the language, the narrations and stories for centuries because of winning the favor of the people were losing value tahrîc and the evaluation was made.Given the importance of the work of this important study and evaluation of the first section is made tahrîc.Of this study, and in the introduction, the purpose of this research, methods and sources of information are given. In the first section, Eserefoglu Rumi's lifei which works (Divan, Tarikatnâme and Müzekki'n-Nüfûs) and uses the method works is given about.In the second part of Müzekki'n-Nüfûs in the first part of the hadith narrated about making tahrîc and comprehensive evaluation are given informed. Again, the basic principles of the Qur'an and Sunnah are narrated in the context of interpretation was attempted.In the conclusion of the accounts in the work of Eserefoglu Rumi's fed made a general assessment of the sources were determined.
