Ar-Ge firmalarının projelerini yapmak üzere ofis kiralayıp faaliyette bulundukları, üniversite-sanayi işbirliğinin somut olarak tesis edildiği teknokentlerin sayısı ülkemizde gün geçtikçe artmaktadır. Rekabetin yoğun olarak yaşandığı günümüzde bir Ar-Ge firması için faaliyette bulunacağı teknokentin sunacağı imkânlar, teknokentin bağlı olduğu üniversite ve teknokentin konumu önem arzetmektedir.Bu çalışmanın amacı; Çok Kriterli Karar Verme (ÇKKV) yöntemlerinden yararlanarak girişimcilerin Ar-Ge projelerini başarı ile gerçekleştirme, inovatif firmaların teknoloji geliştirme, ticari anlamda başarı sağlama gibi firma faaliyetlerini en uygun bir biçimde gerçekleştirebilmesi için kritik derecede önem arzeden “İşletmelerin kuruluş yeri için teknokent seçimi” konusuna en uygun çözümün getirilmesidir.Bu çalışmada önce teknokentler hakkında bilgi verilmiş ve Türkiye'deki teknokentlere ait istatistiki veriler sunulmuştur. Daha sonra kuruluş yeri kavramına değinilmiş, kuruluş yeri seçimini etkileyen faktörler, kullanılan yöntemler incelenmiştir.Takip eden bölümde ÇKKV yöntemleri hakkında bilgi verilmiş ve ÇKKV'de en çok tercih edilen yöntemler açıklanmıştır. Çalışma sahası dâhilinde olan Ankara'daki beş teknokentte faaliyet gösteren 254 firmaya verilerin elde edilebilmesi amacıyla saha çalışması uygulanmıştır. Çalışmanın metodolojisi ve bulgular ve değerlendirmenin yapıldığı son bölümde saha çalışması yapılan söz konusu 254 firmanın teknokentler bazında kuruluş yeri seçiminde önem verdikleri kriterler ve söz konusu kriterlerin AHP ile ağırlıkları belirlenerek, Electre III Yöntemi ile kuruluş yeri seçimleri belirlenmiştir.Son olarak yapılan analizler değerlendirilmiş, sonuçlar tartışılmış ve öneriler sunulmuştur. In order to execute the projects of R&D companies; the quantity of technoparks where offices are rented and activities are shown and where university-industry cooperation is perceptibly provided increases with each passing day. Today, when competition is intense, the opportunities to be provided by a technopark where an R&D company will show activity, university where the technopark is affiliated and the location of the technopark have importance.The purpose of this study is to provide the most appropriate solution to the “Selection of technopark location” problem which has a critical importance in order to realize the company activities of the entrepreneurs in a most suitable form by benefiting from the Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) methods.In this study, information about the technoparks is given and statistical data regarding to the technoparks in Turkey is submitted. Then, the factors affecting the location decision and the methods used are examined. In the subsequent section; information is given about the MCDM methods and the methods that are the most preferred ones in MCDM are explained. A field study is applied in order to obtain data to 254 companies showing activity in five technoparks in Ankara. In the final section where the methodology and findings and evaluation of the study are performed; the criteria that are important for technopark selection decision of the selected 254 companies and the weights of the given criteria with AHP are determined and the location decisions are specified by Electre III Method. Finally the analyses are evaluated, the results are discussed and recommendations are given.
