Bu tezin amacı Arap dilbilimcilerine öncülük eden iki önemli ekolden Basra ve Kufe ekolü temsilcileri arasında merfu'at konusundaki ihtilafları ortaya koymak ve ihtilâfları İbn Hişam el-Ensari'nin Şerhu Katri’n-Nedâ adlı eserinde incelemektir.Çalışmamız giriş kısmı ve iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş kısmında Arap dili tarihi, dilin gelişim süreci ve ilk dönemde yapılmış çalışmalar ele alınacaktır.Birinci bölümde Basra ve Kufe ekolleri tanıtılacak ve merfu'at konusundaki ihtilaflar ele alınacaktır.İkinci bölümde ise İbn Hişâm’ın hayatı, eserleri anlatılıp, Şerhu Katri'n-Neda adlı eserde ihtilaflı konular ele alınacaktır. The aim of this thesis is to reveal the disagreement between the two leading significant ecole nominees, Basra and Kufe, which lead arabian linguistic scientists about merfu’at. It will search the dispute on Şerhu Katri'n-Neda written by İbn Hişam el-Ensari.Thesis is made up of two introductions and two parts. In the first introduction part the history of arabic language, stages of the language development and first period studies will be handled.In the first section Basra and Kufe ecoles will be introduced and the dispute about merfuat will be handled.In the second section, the life and the works of Ibn Hişam will be examined and the bone of contention on the book Şerhu Katri’n-Nedâ will be discussed.
