Ümmet içerisinde özel bir yeri olan sahabenin Hz. Peygambere itaatleri olmakla birlikte itirazları da olmuştur. Bu itirazlar bize ifrat ve tefritten uzak doğru bir peygamber ve sahabe anlayışına ulaşmaya yardımcı olmaktadır. Sahabenin farklı zaman ve mekanlarda, çeşitli nedenlerle yaptığı itirazlar ve Hz. Peygamberin bunlara karşı tutumları; Hz. Peygamberin söz ve fiillerinin kaynağı, kul-rasul ilişkisinin sınırlarını belirleme noktasında önemli deliller içermektedir. Bu deliler sünnetin bir kısmının Hz. Peygamberin kendi içtihatlarından oluştuğu yönündeki düşünceyi kuvvetlendirmektedir.Bununla birlikte bu karşı duruşlar, sahabenin hata ve günahlardan korunmuş olmadığını, bir beşere ait müspet ve menfi bütün insani özellikleri taşıdığını ortaya koymaktadır. Sahabenin bu davranışları, onların karakterleri, dini anlayış ve kavrayışları, inanç seviyeleri v.b. konularda kendi aralarında bireysel farkların olduğunuda göstermektedir.Hz. Peygamberin sahabenin itirazlarına gösterdiği tepkilerden, O'nun farklı fikir ve düşünceleri dikkate alan, eleştirilere hoşgörü ile yaklaşan bir yönetim anlayışı benimsediği anlaşılmaktadır. Sahabas those have a special part in ummah had objections to their phophet besides their strong obedience. These objections help us find out the correct perception (concept) being a good prophet and sahaba away from any exaggeration.The objections by sahabas in different times and places with various reasons and the attitude of the prophet against them; the source of our prophets quates and actions involves very important evidences at the point of determining the limits of the relation between the subject and its prophet.These evidences strengthen the thought that some of the sunnahs are made up of the prophets own believes. Besides this, opposite standings indicate (demonstrate) that sahabas are not saved from mistakes and sins, they have the normal features of normal human beings. These behaviours of sahabas shows that there are personal differences among themselves in the subjects like their characteristics, religion perceptions and comprehension and levels of their belief.From the prophet’s reactions against the sahabas objections it is understood that he was a person who cared about others ideas and thought, and who wan tolerant critics.
