Bu tez Ferruh Bozbeyli ve Siyasi Hayatını ele almaktadır. Ferruh Bozbeyli 1960-1980 arasında politikayla uğraşmış aktif bir siyasetçidir. İstanbul Üniversitesi Hukuk Fakültesini bitirip Meslek hayatına serbest avukat olarak başlayan Bozbeyli, Yassıada mahkemelerinde Osman Turan'ın avukatlığını yapmıştır. Siyasi partiler faaliyetleri serbest bırakılınca Ragıb Gümüşpala tarafında kurulan Adalet Partisi kuruluşunda teşkilatlanma çalışmalarına katılan Bozbeyli, 1961 milletvekili seçimlerinde İstanbul milletvekili olarak meclis girmiştir. Bozbeyli AP'nin 1962-1963 yılları arasında grup başkanvekilliğini daha sonra 1963-1965 yılları arasında TBMM Başkanvekilliğini sürdürmüştür. Bozbeyli'nin, meclis başkanlığı sırasındaki tarafsız ve ilkeli tavrı, 1965-1970 yılları arasında üç dönem üst üste meclis başkanı olmasını sağlayacaktır. Bozbeyli Türkiye Cumhuriyeti tarihinde en genç meclis başkanı unvanını taşıyacaktır. 1970'de AP'deki bazı gelişmeler neticesinde Meclis Başkanlığından ve AP' den istifa etmiştir. Bozbeyli, AP'den tasfiye edilen 26'larca kurulmaya çalışılan yeni partinin faaliyetlerine katılacak ve 18 Aralık 1970'de kurulan Demokratik Parti'nin genel başkanı olacaktır. 1977 seçimlerini kaybeden Demokratik parti büyük bir kan kaybetmiştir. Ferruh Bozbeyli Parti'deki genç siyasetçilerin daha rahat edebilmesi için 18 Aralık 1978'de DP genel başkanlığından istifa etmiştir. This thesis is considered discusses Ferruh Bozbeyli and his political life.Ferruh Bozbeyli was an active politician who was interested in politics between 1960 and 1980. He graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of law and he started his career as a lawyer. He was the lawyer of Osman Turan during the Yassıada Courts.After political parties were allowed for their political activity, Ferruh Bozbeyli had an impressive role for the organization of Adalet Party which was established by Ragıb Gümüşpala. He was elected as Istanbul member of the parliament in 1961 and he entered the Grand National Assembly of Turkey. Bozbeyli was the assistant president of Adalet Party between 1962 and 1963 and then between 1963 and 1965 he was the assistant president of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey. During his duty he was impartial and he had some certain principles this made him the president of the parliament between 1965 and 1970. This was non-stop for three terms. He gained the reputation of the youngest president of parliament in the Turkish Republic History. In 1970 he resigned from the presidency and from Adalet Party for some unexpected and reasons. Bozbeyli was involved in the activities of new – born party with the other 26 people who was refined from Adalet Party. He was the president of Democratic Party which was opened on 18th December 1970. In 1977 the Democratic Party wasn't successful in the elections and its strength. He resigned on 18th December 1978 from the presidency of Democratic Party for the sake of young politicians in the party.
