Yoksulluk toplumları risk altında bırakan en önemli sorunların başında gelmektedir. Toplumsal düzenin ve refahın sağlanması için devletler, yoksulluk problemi üzerinde önemle durmaktadır. Günümüz Türkiye'sinde de yoksullukla mücadelede sosyal devlet anlayışının gereği bir takım önlemler ve uygulamalar geliştirilmiştir. Bu çalışmada yoksulluk problemi öncelikle tanımı yapılarak anlatılmaya çalışılmıştır. Daha sonra yoksullukla mücadelede sosyal devlet kapsamında Türkiye genelinde ne gibi önlemler alındığına değinilmiştir. Çalışmaya Isparta Sosyal Yardımlaşma ve Dayanışma Vakfının bağlı olduğu Sosyal Yardımlaşma ve Dayanışma Genel Müdürlüğünün yapısı incelenerek devam edilmiş, özelde Isparta kapsamında uygulanan programlara yer verilmiştir. Yapılan bu çalışma ile yoksulluk problemi anlaşılmaya çalışılmış olup, yoksullukla mücadele yolları betimlenmiştir. Ayrıca yoksullukla mücadelede, sosyal devlet politikası kapsamında Türkiye geneline bir örnek olarak, Isparta Sosyal Yardımlaşma ve Dayanışma Vakfının kurumsal katkısı, yapısı, işleyişi ve uygulanan hizmetler hakkında araştırmalar sunulmuştur. Poverty is one of the most important problems of society are left at risk. States to ensure the provision of social order and prosperity rests strongly on poverty problems. The requirements of today's social state in Turkey in the fight against poverty a number of measures and practices have been developed. This study aims to explore the definition described above poverty problem. Later, the scope of social policies to poverty mentioned that Turkey has taken measures. Fight Against Isparta Social Assistance and Solidarity Foundation was continued by examining the structure of the General Directorate of Social Assistance and Solidarity, in particular is given to the programs implemented under Isparta. In this study has tried to understand the problems of poverty, the fight against poverty has been described ways .In addition, the fight against poverty, as an example of the general social state policy on Turkey, Isparta corporate contribution of Social Assistance and Solidarity Foundation, structure, research on the functioning and implementation services are available.
