Teklîfî hükümlerde makâsıd, özelde İslam hukuk usûlünde, genelde ise İslam dininde önemli konulardan biridir. Bu durumda, teklîfî hükümlerde makâsıd, emir ve nehiyden her bir teklîf için dünya ve ahirette kulların maslahatlarını hedefleyen bir gaye olduğu anlamına gelir. Bu konu şerîatta hikmet ve azâmetin varlığını ortaya koymaktadır. Bu çalışma, Sadruşşerîa el-Mahbûbî'ye göre teklîfî hükümlerde gözetilen amaçlardan bahsetmektedir. Sadruşşerîa bu konuya önem veren usûlcülerin başında gelmektedir ve makâsıd ile ilgili genel çerçeveyi çizmiştir. Kendisinden sonra gelen hanefî usûlcüler de bunu geliştirmiştir. Goals of Shari'ah (makasid) in the charging legal law (al-hukm al-taklifi) are one of the important sebjects in private in the principles Islamic jurisprudence (usul al-fiqh), in general in the Islamic religious. In this case, goals of Shari'ah in the charging legal law mean that targeting aim the affair of human being with order and negation, in the earth and after life. This subject is exhibit the existent of wisdom and loftiness in the Shari'ah. In this work is discussed the aims according to Sadrusserîa el-Mahbûbî in the charging legal law. Sadrusserîa el-Mahbûbî is the first jurist among the jurists who giving importance to this subject. And he has drawn a general frame related to goals of Shari'ah. This method was developed by following hanafî jurists. We studied the subject of goals of Shari'ah in the charging legal law according to Sadrusserîa el-Mahbûbî and other jurists.
