Devlet için önemli bir finansman kaynağı olan Bireysel emeklilik sistemi bireyler içinde tasarruf yapılmasına yardımcı olan ve emeklilikte ikinci bir gelir olmasına imkân sağlayan bir sistemdir. Literatürde bireysel emeklilik sistemleri ile ilgili pek çok çalışma yapılmış olmasına rağmen yeni bir sistem olan otomatik bireysel emeklilik sistemi ile ilgili akademisyenlerin bakış açısını ölçen herhangi bir çalışma bulunmamaktadır. Çalışma kapsamında Isparta ilinde bulunan Süleyman Demirel Üniversitesi akademisyenlerinin otomatik bireysel emeklilik sistemi hakkındaki düşüncelerinin incelenmesi hedeflenmiştir. Araştırmada Süleyman Demirel Üniversitesinde görevli akademisyenlerin sistemde kalma, sistemden ayrılma ve kararsız kalma nedenlerine ilişkin eğilimleri anket yöntemiyle belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Individual annuity insurance is a system which is a significant source of finance for the government, helps to practice economy and provides a second income in pension. Although there are a lot of studies on individual annuity insurance in literature, there is not any study on individual annuity insurance measuring points of academicians about automatic participation. In this study, the search about thoughts of academicians who work at Suleyman Demirel University in Isparta on automatic individual annuity insurance is aimed. Through survey method, the tendencies of academicians working at Suleyman Demirel University, the reasons of their being in the system, leaving the system and being doubtful about the system are tried to be determined.
