İnsan; her çağda, her durum ve koşulda “üstün bir varlığa” inanma ihtiyacı duyar. İnsanoğlunun bu ihtiyacı yaratıcı tarafından gönderilen peygamberler ve dinler tarafından karşılanmıştır. “Tevhîd” inancından sapmış olan insanlar, çağlar boyunca tabiatlarına uygun çok farklı inanç ve ibadet yolları denediler. Şirk ise bu inançların en eskisiydi. Bu araştırmada insanların “şirk” inancına ihtiyaç duymalarının nedenleri, şirkin psikolojisi ve temelleri; Kur’an, Hadisler ışığında, din psikolojisi çerçevesinde ele alınmıştır. Müşriklerin esasen tanrı tasavvurundan kaynaklı bu inanç sapması araştırmanın kilit noktası hükmündedir. Araştırmada; Allah’ın ulaşılamaz, üstün, güçlü ama uzak olduğu algısı insanların zihinlerinde oluşturdukları, temelleri çocukluğa dayanan Tanrı tasavvuruyla ilgili olduğu ve bu henoteist algının şirkin temel belirleyici unsuru olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır. Human; In every age, in every circumstance and condition, it needs to believe in a "supreme being". This need of mankind has been met by prophets and religions sent by the creator. People who have deviated from the belief of "Tawheed" have tried many different ways of faith and worship for their nature throughout the ages. The monk was the oldest of these beliefs. In this research, the reasons why people need the belief in "shirk", the unattractive psychology and foundations; The Qur'an is handled in the light of Hadiths, within the framework of religious psychology. This deviation of beliefs originating from polytheism of polytheists is essentially the key point of the study. In the study; The result is that God has achieved, is superior, is strong, is created in the minds of mankind, is based on the childhood based on the childhood, and is the element of decisive basic determinant of this henoteist.
