Çalışma kavramının ele alınışı mekana, zamana ve kültüre göre değişiklik göstermektedir. Bu çalışmada çalışma kavramını tam anlamıyla toplumlar içerisindeki yeri zaman içindeki aşamalarla bağlı olduğu faktörlere dayanarak anlatılması esas alınmıştır. Kavram zamanla insanların hayatının merkezine yerleşmiş ve çalışma ilişkileri olarak ileri teknolojinin etkisinde ilerlemiştir. Bu çalışmada insanların şu an yaptıkları faaliyetlerin nasıl var olup, tarihsel süreçte nasıl geliştiğinin ardından bu değişim ve gelişimin bireylerin ve toplumun üzerindeki etkileri anlatılmıştır. Kullanılan kaynaklar toplum ve ekonomik gelişme üzerine olmuştur. Konuyla ilgili olarak değişik bilim dallarından değerlendirmeler alınarak sentezler yapılmış ve tez içerisinde anlamlı bir bütün oluşturulmuştur. The handling of the concept of work varies according to the place, time and culture. In this study, it is based on the fact that the concept of study is based on the factors that are related to the place in society in time. The concept gradually became central to the lives of people and progressed under the influence of advanced technology as working relationships. In this study, how people's activities are developed and how they are developed in the historical process, then the effects of this change and development on individuals and society are explained. The resources used have been on society and economic development. Syntheses were made by taking various evaluations from different branches of science and a meaningful whole was formed in thesis.
