Terörizmin genel anlamda dünyada, özel anlamda ülkemizde sosyal politikalar üzerine etkilerini ortaya koymaya yönelik yapılan bu çalışmada, PKK terörünün günümüzdeki sosyo-politik neden öncelik sıralamasını değerlendirilmiş, terörden en çok etkilenen güneydoğu Anadolu bölgesinde sosyal politika uygulamalarının güncel durum tespiti yapılmaya çalışılmıştır. Araştırmada, PKK terör örgütünün militan katılımcılarının örgüte katılma sebepleri ve bu katılımcıların ana kaynağı olarak tespit edilen güneydoğu Anadolu bölgesi Şırnak, Mardin, Diyarbakır illerinde örgüte yönlenmeye sebebiyet veren eksik ya da tam uygulanamamış sosyal politika ilgi alanlarını incelemek amacıyla nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden biri olan durum çalışması yöntemi ve kaynak tarama tekniği kullanılmıştır. Terör, terörizm, terörle mücadele, PKK, terör örgütleri, sosyal politika konusunda yazılmış kitap, makale, tez, rapor, mevzuat ve internet kaynakları taranmıştır. Araştırmada, ülkemizde terörün ana sorununun güneydoğu Anadolu bölgesindeki nüfus planlaması sorununa dayalı gelir dağılımında eşitsizlikler, işsizlik ve bunların sonucu oluşan yoksulluk olduğu; istihdam araçlarının bu nedenleri ortadan kaldırmaya yönelik etkin kullanılması gereği sonucuna varılmıştır Anahtar Kelimeler : Sosyal Politika, PKK , Terör, Terörizm, İşsizlik, İstihdam. |

In this study aimed at revealing the effects on social politics in our country, we evaluated the order of priority of socio-political cause of PKK terrorism today and tried to determine the current situation of social policy applications in the southeastern Anatolia region that most affected by terrorism. In the study, the case study method, which is one of the qualitative research methods and source scanning technique, was used to investigate the reasons for the militant participation of the PKK terrorist organization and the socio-political interests of the southeastern Anatolia region which are determined as the main sources of these participants. Books, articles, thesis, reports, legislation and internet resources on terror, terrorism, fight against terrorism, PKK, terrorist organizations, social policy were searched. In the study, the main problem of terrorism in our country is inequality in income distribution related with population planning problems in the southeastern Anatolia region, unemployment and poverty; Employment tools have to be used more effectively to remove these causes.
