Hz. Ali, çocukluğundan itibaren Hz. Peygamber (s.a.s)'in gözetimi altında yetişmiş ve ondan birçok şey öğrenmiştir. Hz. Ali bir râvi olarak Hz. Peygamber (s.a.s)'den rivayeti az olan sahabe arasında olmasına rağmen, kendisine ait fıkhî ve hikmetli konulara dair de fazlasıyla rivayeti bulunan bir kimsedir. Ancak zaman içerisinde Hz. Ali'ye ait bazı Mevkûf rivayetler, Hz. Peygamber (s.a.s)'e nispet edilerek nakledilmeye başlanmıştır. Bu problemden hareketle çalışmamızda hangi Merfû rivayetlerin aslen Mevkûf, hangi Mevkûf rivayetlerin de asıl kaynağının Hz. Peygamber (s.a.s) olduğunu tespit etmeye çalıştık. Çalışmamız üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci Bölüm'de Hz. Ali'nin hayatı, İkinci Bölüm'de Hz. Ali'nin Mevkûf rivayetleri, Üçüncü Bölüm'de de Merfû ve Mevkûf rivayetler arasında Hz. Ali'nin Rivayetleri, konusunu ele aldık. |

Ali grew up under custody of Prophet Muhammed (p.b.u.h.) beginning from his childhood and learnt a lot of things from him. Although Ali is one of the companions who have few narrations from Prophet Muhammed (p.b.u.h.), he has many narrations which is about subjects of Islamic law and Islamic wisdom. However, in the course of time some mawquf narrations, which belong to Ali, were narrated as if they trace back to Prophet Muhammed (p.u.b.h.). Based upon this problem in this work it is endeavored to determine which marfu narrations are originally mawquf, which mawquf narrations trace back to Prophet Muhammed (p.b.u.h.). The work consists of three sections. In the first section Ali's life, second section Ali's mawquf narrations and third section Ali's narration between marfu and mawquf narrations are stated. |
