Bu çalışmada, toplumun ne düzeyde ilaçlarla içli dışlıolduğu tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu amaca yönelik olarak araştırmada nicelve nitel araştırma desenlerinin birlikte kullanıldığı karma yöntemkullanılmıştır. Literatür taraması yapılarak ve sağlık yönetimi alanındaçalışan öğretim üyeleri ve lisansüstü öğrencilerle tartışılarak 18 anket sorusuve nitel görüşmeler için 4 temel görüşme sorusu oluşturulmuştur. Anket sorularıIsparta ilinde 18-80 yaş arasında seçilen 300 kişiye uygulanmış, görüşme sorularıda yine Isparta merkezinde amaçlı örnekleme yöntemiyle seçilen 12 kişiylegerçekleştirilmiştir. Anketlerden eldeedilen verilerin değerlendirilmesinde, frekans, yüzde, ortalama, standart sapmaistatistiklerinin yanında Kruskall Wallis testi ve Mann Whitney U testianalizleri kullanılmıştır. Görüşmelerden elde edilen verilerindeğerlendirilmesinde ise tematik analiz yöntemi uygulanmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, her ne kadar ankete katılankatılımcılar önlem (hastalıklardan önce) amaçlı ilaç kullanmadıklarını ve sırfilaç yazdırmak için hekime başvurmadıklarını belirtseler de, görüşmeden eldeedilen sonuçlara göre toplumun ilaç kullanmayı sevdiği, ilaç yazdırmak içinhekime olan başvuruların çok olduğu ve önlem amaçlı da ilacın kullanıldığısonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Hem anket hem de görüşme verilerinin aynı noktadabirleştiği sorunlar ise; ilaçların toplumun geleceği açısından tehditoluşturduğu ve toplumun ilaçlarla içli dışlı hale gelmeye başladığıdır. |

In the study, it is tried to be determined that towhat level of drugs the society is used to use. For this purpose, a mixedmethod is used in the research in which quantitative and qualitative researchdesigns are used together. Literature survey is conducted and discussion aremade with the lecturers and graduate students working/studying in the field ofhealth management and 18 questionnaire questions and 4 basic interviewquestions are prepared for qualitative interviews. Survey questionnaires areapplied to 300 people selected between the ages of 18-80 in the province of Ispartaand interviews are made with 12 people selected by objective sampling method. Inthe evaluation of the data obtained from the questionnaires in addition tofrequency, percent, mean, standard deviation statistics, Kruskall Wallis testand Mann Whitney U test analysis are used. In the evaluation of the data obtained from theinterviews, the thematic analysis method is applied. According to the results of the research,although the survey participants state that they do not use premedicationmedication and not just apply medication to print the medication, according tothe results obtained from the interview, the community like to use medication,there are a lot of applications for medication, and the premedicationmedication is also used. The problems that both questionnaire and interview datacombine at the same point are that drugs are a threat to the future of thesociety and society is beginning to become intimate with medicines. |
