Bu çalışmanın amacı liderlik davranışlarının çalışan motivasyonu üzerinde etkisinin olup olmadığını belirlemek ve eğer varsa bu etkinin hangi düzeyde oluştuğunu tespit etmektir. Bu amaçla Isparta ili, İpliksan A.Ş. çalışanlarına yönelik uygulamalı bir araştırma yapılmıştır. Araştırmaya 72 kişi katılmış ve hazırlanan anket soruları ile toplanan veriler değerlendirilmiştir. Değerlendirme sonucunda yöneticilerin liderlik davranışı ile çalışanları motive eden faktörler arasında anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu sonucu elde edilmiştir. Değerlendirmeyi yapabilmek için SPSS 15.0 istatistik programı kullanılmıştır |

The aim of this study is to determine whether there is an effect on employee motivation of leadership behaviours or not and if there is an effect, the aim is to ascertain in what level this effect occurs. For this purpose, an applied research has been carried out aimed at for employees of Isparta İpliksan A.Ş. 72 people have attended to the research and collected data have been assessed with survey questions. In consequence of the assessment, it has been obtained that there is a meaningful correlation between administrators’ leadership behaviours and factors which motivate employees.
