The existenceof each organization is shaped around an aim. The organization will continue toexist as long as this aim is obtained, realized and is meaningful. Thedifferent sub-systems that make up the organization have to aim for it in a waythat is compatible with some of them. The management system and its conception arethe basic structures that ensure compatibility of these subsystems. There aredifferent thoughts in the historical process regarding how the managementsystem would be shaped and how it would be implemented. These differentthoughts are often influenced by paradigms that shape the social system intheir own historical processes. There have been significant changes in theinterpretation and implementation of the concepts that constitute thefoundations of the management understanding. Basically managing an organizationand the tools used in management haven’t been changed. The notes are the sameas they are in music notes. However, the music played is now different. Todayone of the important issues that affect the management approach is the conceptof change. Change has gathered so much speed that organizations are trying toexist in a sea of chaos. In this study, the development of management andchaos theory are taken into consideration. For this purpose, in theoretical framework,it is aimed to examine the development of management concept in chaos theory andthen to make suggestions. |

Herorganizasyonun varlığı bir amaç etrafında şekillenmektedir. Bu amaç var olduğu,gerçekleştiği ve anlam ifade ettiği sürece organizasyon var olmaya devamedecektir. Organizasyonu oluşturan değişik alt sistemler bir birleri ile uyumlubir biçimde amaca yönelmek zorundadırlar. Yönetim sistemi ve anlayışı bu altsistemlerin uyumunu sağlayan temel yapıdır. Yönetim sisteminin nasılşekilleneceği ve uygulama biçiminin nasıl olacağına ilişkin, tarihsel süreçiçinde değişik düşünceler söz konusudur. Bu değişik düşünceler çoğunlukla kenditarihsel süreçleri içinde toplumsal sistemi şekillendiren paradigmalardan etkilenmiştir.Yönetim anlayışının temellerini oluşturan kavramların varlığını sürdürmeklebirlikte, yorumlanması ve uygulamaya geçirilmesinde önemli değişiklikleryaşanmıştır. Temelde bir organizasyonu yönetmek yönetimde kullanılan araçlarbüyük ölçüde değişmemiştir. Müzik notalarında olduğu gibi notalar aynıdır.Ancak çalınan müzik artık farklıdır. Yönetim anlayışını günümüzde etkileyenönemli hususlardan birisi değişimkavramında yaşanmaktadır. Değişim öylesine hızlanmıştır ki, organizasyonlaradeta bir kaos denizinde var olmaya çalışmaktadır. Çalışmada, yönetimanlayışının gelişimi ve kaos teorisinde yönetim anlayışı ele alınmaktadır. Buamaçla öncelikle yönetim anlayışının gelişimi ve kaos teorisinde yönetimanlayışı teorik çerçevede incelenerek öneriler getirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. |
