Bir üniversite hastanesinde çalışan doktor ve hemşirelerin mesleki yönden kaygı duydukları ve duymadıkları durumları ortaya koymayı amaçlayan bu araştırmada, veri toplama formu, toplam 412 doktor ve hemşirenin tamamına ulaştırılmıştır. Geri dönen form sayısı40’tır. Verilerin analizinde, ‘içerik analizi yöntemi’ kullanılmıştır. Sonuçlar, ‘hatalı tıbbi uygulama (malpraktis)’, ‘yetersiz eğitim’, ‘gelecek’, ‘maddi olanaksızlıklar-olumsuz koşullar’ın, mesleki yönden en çok kaygı duyulan durumlar olduğunu göstermiştir |
