This study aims to evaluate the performances of 12 petroleum exporting countries in OPEC (Organization Of Petroleum Exporting Countries) by using multi criteria decision making methods. The data have been collected from the official OPEC web site. Export value, petroleum export value, proved raw petroleum reserves, proved natural gas reserves, raw petroleum production, natural gas production, refinery capacity, refined petroleum products, raw petroleum export, petroleum products export and natural gas export data are selected as evaluation criteria. After calculating the weights of the criteria by using ENTROPI method, MAUT (Multi Attribute Utility Theory), which is a multi criteria decision making method to select the highest value providing alternative, has been used to determine the country that has the best performance. Bu çalışmada petrol ihraç eden ülkeler örgütü olan OPEC (Organization Of Petroleum Exporting Countries)‟i oluşturan12 üye ülkenin performanslarının Çok Kriterli Karar Verme (ÇKKV) yöntemleri ile değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Uygulamada OPEC‟in resmi web sayfasında yer alan veriler kullanılmıştır. İhracat değeri, petrol ihracatının değeri, kanıtlanmış ham petrol rezervleri, kanıtlanmış doğalgaz rezervleri, ham petrol üretimi, doğalgaz üretimi, rafineri kapasitesi, rafine edilmiş petrol ürünleri, ham petrol ihracatı, petrol ürünleri ihracatı, doğalgaz ihracatıverileri değerlendirme kriterleri olarak alınmıştır. ENTROPİ yöntemi kullanılarak kriterlerin ağırlıkları hesaplandıktan sonra çok kriterli karar verme problemlerinde en yüksek fayda sağlayanıseçmeyi hedefleyenMAUT (Multi Attribute Utility Theory) yöntemi uygulanarak belirlenen kriterler bazında en iyi performans gösteren ülkebelirlenmiştir.Çalışma sonucunda en iyi performansı İran‟ın gösterdiği görülmüştür |
