Kontrol odağı kavramı kişilerin yaptıkları bir işinsonucunu üstlenme durumu ile ilgilenirken; öz ve kolektif yeterlilik kavramlarıyapacakları işi yapabilme noktasında kendilerinde oluşan inanç ileilgilenmektedir. Sağlık sektörünün sürekli gelişim içinde olan ve büyüksorumluluk gerektiren bir hizmet sektörü olması, bu nedenle de bu sektördeçalışanların hem yaptığı şeylerin sonuçlarının sorumluluğunu üstlenmesi hem deçalışanların görevini yaparken kendisine olan güveninin tam olması daha iyi birhizmet verilmesi için önemlidir. Bu araştırmada hastane çalışanlarında kontrolodağı algısının öz ve kolektif yeterlilik algıları üzerine etkisininaraştırılması hedeflenmiştir. Araştırma da kontrol odağı boyutlarınınbazılarının hastane çalışanlarının öz ve kolektif yeterlilik algıları üzerindepozitif yönde etki yaparken bazılarının ise öz ve kolektif yeterlilik algılarıüzerinde negatif etkiye sahip olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. |

The concept of locusof control is dealing with state of to assume the result of the work done bypeople. The concepts of self and collective efficacy are involved with beliefconsisting in the themselves to the point of being able to do the job they willdo. To be in development continuous of health sector and to be a serviceindustry that requires great responsibility so of working in this sector to assume responsibility for the consequencesof the results of his stuff to be full of his confidence while the task ofemployees is important for to be given abetter service. In this study, it has been targeted investigation of the effecton perceptions of self and collective efficacy of perception of locus ofcontrol in the hospital employees. In the research, some of the dimensions oflocus of control of hospital employees on perceptions of self and collectiveefficacy have a positive impact while some of them have a negative influence onperceptions of self-efficacy and collective competence and inferred that itwas. |
