Bu çalışmanın amacı, Türk telekomünikasyon sektöründe, bu sektörün serbestleştirilmesine yönelik olarak yapılan faaliyetler ile sektörde gelinen son durumun incelenmesidir. Bu çalışmada, özellikle Türk telekomünikasyon sektörünün ilk hali olan PTT teşkilatı sektördeki ilk çıkış noktası alınarak günümüzde oluşan yapıya kadar tarihsel süreç içerisindeki değişim bütün ayrıntılarıyla irdeleme esas alınmıştır. Bu doğrultuda Türk telekomünikasyon sektörü mercek altına alınmış, özellikle özelleştirme ve serbestleştirme hususlarında çeşitli kıyaslamalar yapılarak sektörün hangi duruma ve düzeye geldiği sonucuna ulaşılmaya çalışılmıştır. Sonuç olarak, ortaya çıkan sonuçlar Türk telekomünikasyon sektöründeki serbestleştirme girişimlerinin diğer gelişmiş ülkelere kıyasla süreç olarak biraz geç kalındığını ve de diğer açılardan da sektörün hala serbestleştirilmesi yolunda çalışmaların yapıldığını göstermektedir |

The aim of this study is analysing the latest situation of the Turkish telecommunication segment as well as the activities that are being done in order to liberalise the sector. In this study,first circumstance of the telecommunication sector called PTT as seen as the point of origin and scrutinized so as to understand it is development in the course of time.In this direction Turkish telecommunication sector is put under the scope to comprehend its‟ situation and degree now in comparison to past from different points of view such as the case of privatization and liberalization.As a conclusion entrepreneurship of the liberalization in the field of telecommunication is a little bit late when it is compared to other developed country |
