The aim of thisstudy is to reveal the interactions between person organization fit anddimensions of emotional labor (surface acting, deep acting and genuine emotions).In parallel with the goal of study, a survey was conducted among 355 nursesworking in the province of Çanakkale. The hypotheses proposed were analyzedwith simple linear regression models. According to the results, personorganization fit significantly and positively affects deep acting and genuineemotions. Surface acting, on the other hand, is not significantly related toperson organization fit. Proposals have been developed for managers andresearchers within the scope of the results. |

Buçalışmanın amacı birey örgüt uyumu ile duygusal emek boyutları (yüzeyseldavranış, derinden davranış ve doğal duygular) arasındaki etkileşimleri ortayakoymaktadır. Çalışma amacı doğrultusunda Çanakkale’de çalışan 355 hemşireüzerinde anket uygulaması yapılmıştır. Araştırmada öne sürülen hipotezler basitdoğrusal regresyon modelleri ile test edilmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre bireyörgüt uyumu derinden davranış ve doğal duyguları olumlu yönde anlamlı birşekilde etkilemektedir. Fakat birey örgüt uyumu ile yüzeysel davranış arasındaanlamlı bir ilişki bulunmamaktadır. Çalışma bulguları kapsamında yönetici vearaştırmacılar için öneriler geliştirilmiştir. |
