İnsan duygu ve düşünce yapısı itibariyle değişken niteliklere sahip bir şekillenmesinde cinsiyet faktörünün yeri sıklıkla tartışılmaktadır. Erkek ve Kadınların çevreleri ve karşılaştıkları problemleri algılamasında farklılıklar gözlenmektedir. Bu durumun örgüt kültürü algısındaki yeri bir araştırma konusudur. Bu çalışmada “çeşitli demografik özelliklere sahip kişilerin bir araya gelmesiyle oluşan örgüt içinde meydana gelen örgüt kültürü algısal anlamda cinsiyet faktörü değişkeninden nasıl etkilenmektedir?” sorusu tartışılacaktır. Bu nedenle Süleyman Demirel Üniversitesi Araştırma Hastanesinde cinsiyet faktörünün örgüt kültürü algısı üzerindeki etkisi “Denison Ölçeği” ile test edilmiştir |

Human beings are socio-economic life form that have the qualifications of a changing As the structure of emotion and thought. Place of sex factor is often discussed in shaping the emotions and thoughts. Observed differences in the perception of men's and women'senvironment and the problems faced. This situation is the research object that in the perception oforganizational culture. Question of “In the organization; due to a combination of people with different demographic characteristics that ocur, organizational culture, how affected by gender variable factor in perceptual dimension way?” discussed in this study. Therefore, the effect of gender factor in the perception of organizational culture has been tested with "Denison Scale" in Suleyman Demirel University Research Hospital. |
