Bu çalışmada, Burdur ilinin 12 ilçesinden biri olanYeşilova ilçesinin kırsal turizm potansiyelini ortaya koymak, bu yöndeki güçlü,zayıf yönlerini, tehdit ve fırsatları belirlemek amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda öncelikle literatürbilgileri ile ortaya konulmaya çalışılmış ve kırsal turizmin kavramsal çerçevesi ele alınmıştır. İkinci olarak,Yeşilova ilçesinin tarihçesi, coğrafi konumu ve turizm potansiyeline ilişkinbilgilere yer verilmiştir. Yeşilova ilçesiyle ilgili mevcut durumunbelirlenmesi için saha gezisi yapılmıştır. Saha gezisi sonucunda Yeşilova ilçesinin kırsal turizm potansiyeli ortayakonulmaya çalışılmış ve kırsal turizmin yöreye etkileri incelenmiştir. Saha gezisi kapsamında ilçe ve köylerdeki kişilerlegörüşmeler gerçekleştirilmiştir ve görüşmeler sonucunda literatür çalışmalarıbaz alınarak kırsal turizm SWOT analizi oluşturulmuştur. Elde edilen bulgularagöre; İlçenin sahip olduğu kırsal turizm arzları ele alındığında, yılın 12ayında turizmden yararlanılabilecek olması en güçlü yönünü oluştururken, kırsalturizm açısından girişimcilik kültürünün oluşmamış olması ilçenin zayıf yönü olmaktadır.Uluslararası Antalya ve Isparta Süleyman Demirel havaalanlarının yöreye yakınolması önemli bir fırsat olarak öne çıkarken, ilçe için hayati önemdeki SaldaGöl’ünün kirlenmesi ve suların çekilmesi doğal yaşam için bir tehditoluşturmaktadır. |

In this study, to reveal the potential of ruraltourism and to identify the strenghts, weaknesses, threats and opportunities ofYeşilova district of Burdur, which is one of the 12 districts of the province,are aimed. For this purpose, first tried to put out the literature and theconceptual framework of rural tourism were discussed. Secondly, the informationabout the history, the geographical location and tourism potential of Yeşilovadistrict has been given. A site visit to determine the current situationregarding the Yeşilova district is made. As a result of site visit, it has beentried to reveal the potential of rural tourism of Yeşilova district and theeffects of rural tourism on the region was examined. In the scope of sitevisit, conversations with people in towns and villages were carried out and asa result of these conversations a rural tourism SWOT analysis has been createdbased on literature studies. According to the findings, in the concept of ruraltourism the potential of a 12 months tourism potential is the strenghest butthe absence of an entrepreneurial culture in the district is the weaknessaspect. To be closer to the International Antalya and Isparta Süleyman DemirelInternational Airports is the major opportunity of the district. Pollution andlow tide in Salda Lake is a threat to wildlife and it is a major threat to thedistrict. |
